Contacted holidayugo.com after trying the number to ring in Barcelona which was no use as woman said she didn't work for them anymore due to firm going into,liquidation. I spoke twice to customer services who promised to ring me back. No one has rang. This company uses several names travelugo.com is another name. They told me holidayugo had gone into liquidation and yet they are still taking money off people on their website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I chose this company through travelsupermarket.com, I thought they would be trustworthy.
