Agent PW172 was most efficient in dealing with my enquiry. He made the transaction hassle free. I couldn’t have asked for better as he took care of everything for me. Ryanair had informed me of change of day to their flights and the agent for Holiday Gems quickly gave me the options available. As I decided to travel a day earlier he was immediately able to inform me of the extra cost with the hotel concerned. Thank you
