Hainam Travel were very good to deal with right from the start. I communicated with the agent by email and he always replied very quickly. We went on a 14 day Vietnam and Cambodia private tour for 2. We went to Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Hue, Ho Chi Minh City and Siem Reap. Our guides were always punctual, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Their English was very good. The hotels we stayed in were a mix of 3 star and 4 star hotels. I upgraded to the 4 star in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Siem
Reap and they were lovely, but the 3 star hotels in Hoi An and Hue were also lovely hotels and I would stay there again. The lunches included in the tour were always excellent and at great restaurants. We had such a great time and I would have no hesitation in booking with Hainam Travel again.
