Booked flights to Kenya through this agent. The flights were booked in August 2015, for the holiday in June 2016. Just one week before travel, I checked Kenya airways website, and found that the flight times had changed, the flight from London to Nairobi had been brought forward by just one and a half hours, but the return flight from Nairobi to London had been brought forward from 23.30 to 9am. We were due to spend 7 nights in the Masai Mara, but due to flight times changing, we had to return to Nairobi, a day earlier and also missed 2 game drives. I rang Kenya Airways and they informed me that the flight times had changed on the 9th February 2016, and that agents were notified, there was a cooling off period during which flights could have been changed at no extra cost, now at one week before departure, it would have cost me around £1000 per person to change the flights.

When the flights were changed, we were not issued with updated etickets, and there was a problem checking in to return to the UK,,this was very stressful

I would never book with this agent again, they do mention ATOL and IATA on their website, but I did not have an ATOL certificate, and they have ignored my letter of complaint.
