i made booking at january it was free cancelation. But i had problem so in 13/2/18 i cancel it and they send me that in 21 days they refund my money.. The problem is i send lots of emails lots of messeges on fb to book me other dates and i will give them the extra money. But no once respon. Only messener they told me ok they will canact you soooooon. This will be my last booking for sure.

If it is help full they pay me. They dint send my money what a site of hell dont ever book with them....

“Problem with booking”

We had a problem with our booking at our hotel.We did get the problem solved after 3days but the galahotels phone system is a joke and we spend hours of our holiday going in circles waiting and paying long distance fees and never getting through on the phone system. We only got through because we finally kept trying new reservations. We count ourselves lucky that we only had a small problem and would never book with them again. We lost valuable time and money on our holiday sorting out their mistake!!!
