Fly.com did not make it clear they charged a fee for using their service and a hefty one at that. 59 pounds british sterling. In the U.S. most travel agencies who assist with booking get their fees with the airline. I was aghast when they told me I was charged this additional amount. I am going to register a complaint with the U.S. better business bureau unless this is not refunded in a timely manner.
