Wow. What a shambles of a company. We booked a two week fly-drive with them for Virgin Atlantic flying from Manchester Airport for November 2019 for seven people 18 months in advance. Paid everything off with 11 months to go so we could get our Virgin flight reference and pre-book our seats together. Initially this was done with little issue... Then with three weeks to go we checked with Virgin to see if the flight times had changed only to be informed that our reservations with them had been 'released' and we were no longer on the flight! Obviously we were straight on to Florida 'Masters' only to find that they were now very hard to contact, and when we did get someone, no return call was made. This went on agonisingly for over a week. Eventually a new booking on the same flight was made for us, but most of the seats on the were gone, and we would all be split up throughout the plane. And with two nervous teenagers who had never flown before we were obviously distraught... But It gets worse. With just four days to go, we checked the flights again (had been doing it twice a day) and yet again it was gone! Another round of frantic calls to anyone who would pick the phone up followed. With a couple of days to go, and now totally out of our minds with worry, we were offered either a full refund, Obviously not including our accommodation, park tickets and car parking charges for three cars at Manchester, which we had to cancel or, travel four hours in rush hour traffic on a Friday morning to Gatwick and fly with a budget airlines (Norwegian) with no seating plans. We had to take this option and also pay £500 for a Taxi there and back. Also, the return flights would be a day later, and from Tampa! The stress involved totally ruined what should have been a magical holiday. We have had no explanation or apology from Florida Masters and have been chasing our out of pocket expenses with no success. We can only assume that flights are cancelled and rebooked with a few days to go to get a cheaper rate than you initially paid for. Looking at other reviews, people have had the same or very similar issues. Please think very carefully before using this company.

Everything perfect from start to finish. 1st time in Orlando and couldn't be more happier with package. My agent top guy! All questions answered perfectly and booking made at ease. When I contact him, it's litterly mins and I get reply. We booked car, villa and a hotel with flights. No Hassel from anything. We all had a ball and now are planing next year's with Florida masters. Great company to book with.

We had an allocated townhouse on our arrival it was occupied, luckily the reception staff sorted out the problem,Florida masters should have contacted us to tell us we had been allocated a different property,the frustration of not getting any response from this company whilst on our holiday was infuriating,I believe the problem was that the agent that handled our booking had left the company and correspondence to this booking was not being picked up,having raised concerns to the company once home,they lay the blame on the villa rental company, but having visited them whilst on holiday we know this to be a false accusation,do not trust this company

Booked through Florida masters for pre Xmas visit to Florida. Seamless and professional from start to finish and by far most competitive prices by £100's. Would highly recommend to everybody and staff are fantastic friendly and knowledgable and very helpful.

The agent made the entire process so easy and stress free, we discussed everything and she put together a superb package that ticked every single requirement we had.....The holiday itself ran smooth and everything worked exactly as it should. We was very dubious to start with about booking a holiday with Florida masters as previous reviews were a little off putting & have to say the price they quoted us almost seemed too good to be true !! But after a few reassuring phone calls with them, we went ahead & booked for 6 of us a week with a villa in Orlando , car hire & a 2nd week on Carnival cruising the western caribbean, the cost of the holiday also included all flights . We have just returned & what a fantastic time we had , everything was great from the location of the lovely villa to the hire car which was very spacious & it was all very easy considering we had connecting flights . Our agent Andre Watson was always happy to answer any questions we had & always kept us informed, no other company came close to the quote we got & they did all the hard work of booking everything for us too all we had to worry about was having a great time .... Which of course we did !! I wouldn't hesitate in using Florida Masters again &would highly recommend , a great service at unbeatable prices ... Well done !!

Florida was amazing the weather was great and the people are so friendly the car we hired was perfect my husband loves driving it and it was very spacious the Holiday was amazing everything was perfect the location of the villa was amazing the whole holiday was a dream. Davenport is the perfect location We were in the best location not far from all the major parks. The villa was great very clean and the manager of the accommodation was very helpful. Everything was well arranged and the weather was perfect. The pool was great and the kids loved it. Coming back from the busy parks to our own villa and pool was the best. We could swim until we wanted and have lazy days around the pool and villa. The supermarket was easy to get to we didn't get lost once and we could even get a delivery direct to the villa cannot say enough good words about this holiday it was perfect from beginning to end only thing we would do different is to t the park tickets over there but we done that in our own and by our choice

This is my first time booking with florida masters and i was given plenty of time to pay off the holiday. friendly customer support when i had questions and easy to pay. I recieved a call today about my upcoming holiday saying there has been a delay with the airline and would mean i would be waiting around for a very long time. The advisor who rang me to explain the situation has been excellent! He spent along time this morning trying to get better flights to make up for this delay. He was calm and kept me assured he will sort this out with a few options he managed to get flights that were perfect. Excellent customer service going out of his way to get better flights for us so we wont be delayed. would recommend!

I booked my recent holiday to Orlando and Miami with Florida Masters for 2 reasons. 1. They specialise in this destination. 2. They were cheaper than the High Street travel agents. I booked without putting any thought into this travel company and to be honest i was quite sceptical about them having read some negative reviews on the internet and TripAdvisor. However, having paid a deposit i perservered and decided that if i don't try them then i'll never know and hence gave them the opportunity to plan my holiday. I have to say that 12 months leading upto the holiday i had a lot of questions that i needed answering and i was able to get the answers either via an email or a telephone call within 2-3 days. I dealt with 3 staff members who were nothing short of professional and catered for my every need. Needless to say that my family and i had a fantastic two weeks in Florida. The flight, car hire and villa arrangements were precisive. I actually thought it was too good to be true that things had run so smoothly. However i wouldn't fly with United Airlines again. Not that it was a bad airline in anyway as we did get a reasonably good inflight service but the stopover in Washington is what would deter me from flying with them again. I would prefer either Virgin or BA. The hire car was a minivan which i upgraded from the UK and it was enormous with plenty of space for a family of 6. The villa.....well.....what can i say? The best accomodation i could have stayed in. The villa alone made our stay in Orlando such a pleasure and was just like home from home. A great job from the guys and girls at Florida Masters and rest assured i will definitely use you again. I am already recommending you to a friend who wants to visit Orlando next year.

Absolutely first class service from the Florida Masters consultant. Went out of her way to keep me posted as to progress. Emailed me at 4.19 am to advise of confirmed flights. Everything done and dusted in just a few hours from initial enquiry. We are still waiting to get any worthwhile response from "competitor" travel agents.Frequent communication was brilliant. Cannot think of anything adverse to say and cannot suggest any improvements. Will be first on my list re future travel requirements
