Wow. What a shambles of a company.

We booked a two week fly-drive with them for Virgin Atlantic flying from Manchester Airport for November 2019 for seven people 18 months in advance. Paid everything off with 11 months to go so we could get our Virgin flight reference and pre-book our seats together. Initially this was done with little issue...

Then with three weeks to go we checked with Virgin to see if the flight times had changed only to be informed that our reservations with them had been 'released' and we were no longer on the flight! Obviously we were straight on to Florida 'Masters' only to find that they were now very hard to contact, and when we did get someone, no return call was made. This went on agonisingly for over a week. Eventually a new booking on the same flight was made for us, but most of the seats on the were gone, and we would all be split up throughout the plane. And with two nervous teenagers who had never flown before we were obviously distraught... But It gets worse.

With just four days to go, we checked the flights again (had been doing it twice a day) and yet again it was gone! Another round of frantic calls to anyone who would pick the phone up followed. With a couple of days to go, and now totally out of our minds with worry, we were offered either a full refund, Obviously not including our accommodation, park tickets and car parking charges for three cars at Manchester, which we had to cancel or, travel four hours in rush hour traffic on a Friday morning to Gatwick and fly with a budget airlines (Norwegian) with no seating plans. We had to take this option and also pay £500 for a Taxi there and back. Also, the return flights would be a day later, and from Tampa!

The stress involved totally ruined what should have been a magical holiday. We have had no explanation or apology from Florida Masters and have been chasing our out of pocket expenses with no success.

We can only assume that flights are cancelled and rebooked with a few days to go to get a cheaper rate than you initially paid for. Looking at other reviews, people have had the same or very similar issues. Please think very carefully before using this company.

Everything perfect from start to finish. 1st time in Orlando and couldn't be more happier with package. My agent top guy! All questions answered perfectly and booking made at ease. When I contact him, it's litterly mins and I get reply. We booked car, villa and a hotel with flights. No Hassel from anything. We all had a ball and now are planing next year's with Florida masters. Great company to book with.

Everything went well whilst booking but as soon as they had my deposit that's when the customer service took a turn for the worse

I never got any replies to my emails and when I called the agent was always'unavailable to talk to me'. This went on for months so I decided that is have no choice but to cancel my holiday with them and book with someone else, obviously losing my large deposit of put down. When spending nearly £10,000 on a holiday, you need to be able to trust the travel agent! I have also left a review on another website and I have had the manager phone me, raising his voice at me and threatening to block me from their website if I leave any more negative reviews. This is just another demonstration of their poor customer service.

I would never recommend using Florida Masters, even of their prices seem good.

We had an allocated townhouse on our arrival it was occupied, luckily the reception staff sorted out the problem,Florida masters should have contacted us to tell us we had been allocated a different property,the frustration of not getting any response from this company whilst on our holiday was infuriating,I believe the problem was that the agent that handled our booking had left the company and correspondence to this booking was not being picked up,having raised concerns to the company once home,they lay the blame on the villa rental company, but having visited them whilst on holiday we know this to be a false accusation,do not trust this company

Booked through Florida masters for pre Xmas visit to Florida. Seamless and professional from start to finish and by far most competitive prices by £100's. Would highly recommend to everybody and staff are fantastic friendly and knowledgable and very helpful.

Booked for Florida this coming July, have received fantastic support from Lilly from the initial booking through till final payment - nothing has been too much trouble for her

We stayed at the Blue Heron Resort Condo Beauna Vista Florida And i have to say the place was Fantastic it truely was excellent location great restaurants near by easy to get to Epcot by shuttle and other places.

The Condo it self was massive and we had a washing machine and dryer. and the views of Lake Byron from the Balcony was just breathtaking. Thanks Florida Maters for making our dream Holiday.
