I had to pay up front £1000 for my hotel in Tokyo.I didnot go due to my husband dying in December.We were booked to go on the 28th and my husband died on the 24th.They should be ashamed of themselves.They are just robbing people.No money no holiday and no husband.You can tell what sort of year I have had.

Dont use this website. We nedded to pay for a room again, while the hotel iKiev never have got a booking.

I cannot believe that 2 days prior to departing on a family holiday having booked my accommodation through fast-hotel booking.com, I made contact with the hotel to organise some transport on arrival. The hotel told me they have no knowledge of my booking. After further investigation I realised I had been scammed by these scumbags for over $3000.00. I am now struggling to find accommodation for the family holiday 2 days before departure. We have had to cancel credit cards and look to try and recover the lost funds. I cannot believe I have fallen for this, however the web site looks very professional.

This is a fraud site, we arrived in corfu and when we got to our hotel there was no record of our booking and the hotel was full. Thankfully due to a very helpful manager we were found somewhere else to stay. At first we thought it was just a mistake but then realised that we may have been victims of a scam. We then realised that someone had our credit card details and so promptly stopped the card and hopefully will be able to claim the amount we lost back. It looks like the site has now gone off the web but it is a reminder to be very careful when you book anything online.

We booked on this site and payed 2300 eurohe. When we contacted the hotel there was no information about us. They tell you that they send your details 72 hours in front but every booking by hotels goes directly in the hotel administration.

Fake site. No sign of our reservtion at the hotel and took our money in advance. Do not book through this.

The site is a fraud - it is convincing , but a complete fraud operation. Do not on any account use this site to book anything. We were due to leave to Portugal next week and have since found the hotel has no record of our booking. If you hqve booked with them the stqrt proceedings right now. We're in the process of trying to recover the money but it has totally ruined our plans. Anyone have any suggestions on how to report these scum? I think the site is based in Turkey...

I booked a hotel in Boston and there is no way to cancel it!I called the hotel and they told me that there is no reservation!!!I lost about 500$!!!

A similar thing happened to me, booked a hotel through this site then a checked my bank account a few days later and instead of taking £89.91 they took £91.89 which caused concern so I rang the hotel too verify the booking only to be told they had no idea who I was but I wasn't booked into their hotel. I have to wait 15 days to open a dispute via my bank. Do not use
