Despicable People

They were very helpful initially, until we paid £150.00 deposit. Called back with passport details and to also to pay remainder of flights £409.00. Was told that they no longer had the flight prices we had booked, that it would cost me an additional £150.00. When I disbuted this I was rudly told that we had missed the payment deadline (booked 26/04/17, flight date 26/08/17) saying it was the 1st May. And that it was the airline that had increased the prices not them, he could see on the system that our seats were still booked but I had to pay £759.00, and as a good will gesture they would deduct the deposit previously paid from this, therefore I would have to pay £609.00.

When I reiterated our initial conversation, he denied various facts and kept telling me he was not a liar. I now know that this was to incite a reaction from myself. To give the man an excuse to not deal with me.

I spoke to his supervisor, who said that if I sent an e-mail cancelling the flights that I would receive a refund for the deposit I had paid; I recieved a call and was told it was none refundable. But if I paid £759.00 for the same flights, they would deduct the deposit from this. He was using strong arm tactics to get me to pay him more money, flight prices would increase at 6pm when the system refreshed, no seats on flight etc. I asked for some time, they said they'd call me back in an hour.

I called Royal Air Maroc in Morocco, and was informed that there were no tickets/seats booked in our names and that they did not work with this company. I also called Royal Air Maroc in London and confirmed the same with them.

I also googled the number that I had been provided, and found numerous negative reviews from people who had paid this company money and never received tickets.

I have reported this company to the Fraud Squad, I'm in the process of also reporting them to the following associations; Trading Standars, ATOL, ABAT.
