We are a couple of divers that have been travelling the globe for the last 20 years mostly on our own, no agencies, no planned itineraries, so, we were a little bit afraid about going with EasyTahiti to our dream trip: Polynesia.

We always traveled to other destinations, keeping Polynesia as a pending dream, because we wanted it to be perfect and we wanted to plan it very well.

Then we found EasyTahiti and ask them to plan our trip just giving them some guidelines, and after our first conversation it was clear to us that we were going to leave everything in your hands with total confidence and carelessness, and we were not wrong.

The pre-trip management, the advice, travel and accommodation planning, the quality-price ratio of pensions and hotels, the dives planning (they ARE divers too), everything went perfectly.

We are very happy to have traveled with them and two things have become clear to us: That we will repeat that destination and that we will do it with EasyTahiti.

I was very pleased with Easy Tahiti, which arranged my three week holiday in Polynesia. The agent provided thorough and prompt responses to my queries, and based on my feedback, she made great suggestions. She helped us decide on accommodation and islands to visit, for example. She helped us with managing costs by providing different options, which can be extremely high in this part of the world. Easy Tahiti also linked us with Top Dive so we could build in some dives on the various islands, and we received outstanding help in that area. Once our travel was booked, we received all the confirming details and vouchers, everything was in order. During our 3 week trip, all arrangements went very well, there were no issues. I would definitely use this company again and refer it to friends.

We used Raphaëlle MARSOT at Easy Tahiti. I usually book all of my own hotels and flights so I became a micro manager on this vacation. Raphaelle was great to work with and promptly answered all my (I am sure annoying) questions and concerns. The trip was fantastic, the hotels were beautiful, meal packages were easy to use and even altered on a couple of days, the excursions were great and also went off without a hitch. The inter island flights were on time and wonderful. I would definitely use Raphaelle and Easy Tahiti again.

Planning our Honeymoon to Bora Bora went extremely well thanks to the person I dealt with at EasyTahiti. She provided all the documentation up front and responded quickly to all the questions I had and really left me reassured that my trip would turn out amazing. 5 Nights at the St. Regis Bora Bora was hands down the best vacation I ever had and largely was the work EasyTahiti did providing all of the vouchers and inter island tranfers. I don't know French at all but probably would have struggled doing some of these things on my own. I highly recommend using EasyTahiti because they make the booking and traveling easy so you don't have to. Many thanks again to the person I dealt with and the staff.

I have organized my trip in French Polinesia totally by PC thanks to the professionality of easytahiti.com travel agency. I received useful hints on my proposed itinerary, they selected the suitable inter island flights and all the ground services. The proposed hotels were nice and not too much expensive. The only thing I suggest to improve is the delivery of the travel documents once the final payment has been performed: operating via internet it is important for the client that he could always have the confidence he is treating with an existing organization and not simply a web site.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Tahiti that was arranged by EasyTahiti. Everything they arranged including hotels, excursions and transportation went without a hitch. Their staff were great to work with and were always on time. Loved the entire stay on the islands.

We booked a 7 night vacation in June at the St Regis in Bora Bora through Easy Tahiti. The person I dealt with recommended some excursions and helped book dinners for us with the hotel. She also coordinated the round trip flights. Her responsiveness was very much appreciated. I'm not one who likes to give up control when booking a vacation, I asked a lot of questions, but she was great and I would (and have) highly recommend Easy Tahiti.
