I booked through DWT and I received my booking confirmation but no e-tickets. I called them and sent email and requested my e-tickets, they dealt with my request and sent me the e-tickets, I did had to chase for this as their policy states they can issue e-tickets closer to the time of travel, I find this policy a bit weird as I’m used getting my e-tickets immediately. Apart from the e-tickets issue I can’t fault them. I was able to get through to them in the phone and email and they dealt with my query promptly. I am aware that other people are complaining about refunds etc and I feel for you. However the delays are not just unique to DWT alone, this is a industry wide problem right now and I know people in the same situation with other known reputable travel agents. Since booking my flights, I have been checking reviews in my spare time and all I see is negativity against DWT, I find this unfair as they are being singled out and named and shamed even though this is a wider issue affecting the whole industry. I have no association with DWT, I’m just an honest and humble customer and found great deals through DWT.

I am currently having the same problem as you, and I have been on hold and cut off about 16 times and when I have got through the call centre have been unable to deal with it properly after promising to rectify the problem, Told today after 3 hours of trying that I have to phone back tomorrow, never had such bad service in all my life and never have not been given e tickets straight away

As your flight isn’t until June 2021, I feel that your review is a little optimistic, they haven’t actually provided a service to you as yet, and if your flight is cancelled you will have a hard job getting your money back and be in the same situation as 1000’s of us are, out of pocket and swindled.

If everything goes smoothly they are fine. Just hope your flights are not cancelled as it will mean months of frustration and excuses. Then come the extra fees. 8 months and I am still waiting for any refund and they are already saying they will keep £300. Every time I look into this and prove them wrong along comes another story.
Delayed refunds are to be expected - stories and hidden charges are not.
Don't judge a company just when things go easy - see how they handle real problems. Try phoning to get through to customer care and see how easy that is or just for a laugh try the accounts option.
