Great time in Cuba though had to do most of it on our own when there.
The fight was ok, though would not use Virgin again, Cuba Direct meet us at the airport and sorted a taxi to take us to our Casa. This was ok till the driver dropped us off outside the incorrect Casa and drove off without a word. We then found we had no phone so I had to deal with it myself and luckily did manage this.
We met the rep the next day in a local hotel and that is when it started to go wrong, he never finished a sentence and gave incorrect information and a map that an eight-year-old may have put together.
We then waisted hale for the day looking for somewhere that did not exist and we had to find somewhere as we had no local money.
We never sore another rep until the last few days when we were in an all-inclusive hotel.
So no I would not recommend Cuba Direct unless you intend to go to one hotel and don't move, we were in a number of towns over two weeks and the only thing they did well was the fact that the taxi did turn up for every transfer.
