Bad experience. Found a price online for about $20 less with click2 book and was called an hour later to be told I couldn’t take the flight I booked and that I had to upgrade in order to keep my booking. If I wanted to cancel after buying my ticket an hour ago they wanted to charge me $175. Almost the same cost of the upgrade. I should’ve went to Expieda, I would’ve saved $300 and avoided this. I will never book through click 2 book.us ever again and will make sure to let everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. Horrible customer service on top of the whole thing as well.

Ended up with no flights and a ridiculous number of additional flights after them calling me up and shouting down the phone at me. Told them to just take the money, really volatile company, never experienced anything so corrupt and heartless. Don't trust them and do not pay them. Ended up paying £300 more for flights worth £500 then "airline policy fees" of £150 then pay the full difference on top of that. Better paying the extra £60-100 for a real company/legit company. Really horrific experience. 

I delayed my review until I had travelled to give an honest report on how things went. Exactly as ordered, no problems at all.

I booked a ticket and found the reviews here a few minutes later. I the decided to start an online chat and surprise, surprise, the originally advertised ticket price of £526 now costs £687 and the best that could be done was £669. I was told by whoever was on the other side that my card has not been charge which is only fair. I rather book at a higher price with a site that is honest and reliable with their pricing. Luckily for me I found the reviews here early enough and was proactive. Imagine the devastation to have been told about price changes that is in no way of your own doing just 3 days to a scheduled flight.

I was about to book flights to toronto from London but Half way thru got called from agent and said that price you are looking for (£536) is not available rather we have this prices (7 hundred and more..) which was expensive. He also said he will discount me 50 pound - I can still see this price in the net (today at 12 noon). Liar

Online booking is easy and straight forward. When speaking to any personnel, they are always very calm, professional and willing to go through all the flight options. If they need to call you back, they will do so. Their follow-up through text and email very informative keeping me inform of every step. This is my second time to use them and I am very impressed with their professionalism. Keep up the fantastic job.

Very easy process, spoke to a lady who checked all airports and flight times for me to find the most suitable flight at the best price. Would use again to book my flights! E-ticket was issued shortly afterwards via email. Thanks again to the person I dealt with for all his help.

I booked a flight for my son to travel to New York. The person I dealt with who booked my sons flight. Was extremely helpful, patient and he assists all my concerns relating to my son who was traveling alone for the first time age 17.

This company should be avoided at all costs. I booked a flight with them, had a confirmation email, and then had 4 days of phone calls, changes of price, insincere apologies and inconsistency. I booked at a price I felt was fair, and then they called to say the price had gone up; this went on and on, until I had to rebook with another airline, and by that stage, the flights had gone up by £300. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!

Should have read the review rather than relying on compare website to keep a certain standard. Just like the other reviews of this website, booked flights because it was quite a lot cheaper than going straight to airlines. Phone call less than 30mins later after confirmation email (which turns out to be reserve only) to say tickets are gone and I had to pay £400 more. This was still cheaper so I agreed before another email came through. This time the email looked not very professional but stated 30kg luggage. I replied asking what that means (per person or for whole group). No replies after 10mins so I rang them and they told me it was only 30kg for a party of 4 and that they ahve bought the tickets and it will cost me £400 to cancel. Much arguing got me nowhere except to pay more money for the extra luggage which was effectively more than had I bought the tickets directly from the airline. Luckily they couldn't supply the tickets and I got my refund back. But also shows they misled me about already bought my tickets. beware of this website.

My daughter booked a flight to USA on line, got a confirmation email and my daughter receives a call soon after saying that the flight is not available but they can do the same day flight at £162 pounds more. When I spoke to a lady called Amey, she told me that the flight had gone but she could do one for £90 extra, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was passed onto a chap who was extremely rude and offered to book it for £63 more. There is something definitely wrong with this firm as they are simply unreal. I cant believe that they have got away with it for so long taking your details on line. The supervisor will not respond to any queries. The prices are still being advertised.

Booked return flights and received no booking confirmation just an email that "they are confirming the price with the airline". Then you call them and amazingly they apparently have to call the airline and the price now becomes £100 more, then when you push back it only becomes £50 more, then £20 more then, they offer to call you back at which point they try the same tactic. They are a bait and switch business. Their prices are not genuine and I have reported them to Fair Trading.

Booked a flight ,got flight confirmation by email and then get a phone call saying the flight is not available. Then I was told there’s been a cancelation but it will cost 300 pound more. In the mean time flights are still being advertised at the original price .
