poor communication & unprofessional call centre staff

We ended up having a flight incorrectly cancelled due to very unclear email communication from this company. We enquired about cancelling the flight as we were considering driving instead. The email response we received stated that there was no refund, and they would cancel the flight IF we replied to confirm we wanted this. As there was no refund, we decided to leave the flight open, so didn't reply. In the end, we decided to take the flight, but when we arrived at the airport, we found out that they had cancelled it anyway, presumably so their profit was not eroded by a no show fee.

When we called them from the airport, they were very unprofessional. They blamed us for the mistake, shouted at us down the phone and refused to do anything to help. Luckily, the airline were very good, and after we showed them the original email from cheapticket.in they reinstated the booking for us.

Due to this particular problem I would not recommend or use this company again. However, on the same trip they had booked other flights for us. These did not require any communication and went ok, plus they were the best value we could find for the particular flights.
