i Have booked tickets for me and my wife with Catchflight in the past and have had no issues with the bookings. So far they have given me great deals and top-quality services. The only thing I wonder is how these guys get such cheap airfares and hotel deals. Overall quality of the services provided by the company has been fantastic so far.Their manager Mr croft is very helpful and very polite person and very help full once i asked him to change my traveling dates .i will suggest to all my friend and family to book with them

I booked with this travel agency for the first time.I received immediate feed back and was kepT informed re arrangements until the time of my inital travel.I travelled on Kenya Airways as a passenger needing special services.Both the staff on the plane and most of the ground staff were attentive and helpful. The airline provided me with excellent seats and I was very happy that Catcflight had put everything in place for my travel arrangements.Thank you very much. Not forgetting that the price of the ticket was very competitive. Best wishes for your continued success.

They are currently holding on to my money in full and want to deduct an estimated £480 in so called cancellation charges for flights they never booked!!!!! I have reported them to police for fraud and also to their own bank!!! Using fake identities and fake names!!!! I will do everything in my power to get ALL my money!!! And I WILL!!! 

Whatever you decide to do PLEASE DO NOT PAY DEPOSIT BY BANK TRANSFER U WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY or tickets you reserved. Once you pay them they become very agressive and And laugh at you by changing names everytime You call and try to speak whoever sold you the Reservation. Also there are NO TICKETS RESERVED AT ALL. They will bully you and force you to pay double the money for the Tickets.ATA needs to invetigate them. Be warned u are in for a terrible ride!!!!in the end we had to purchase Tickets from an other company and lost all the deposit.

VERY untrustworthy travel company. they are all using false names and push you to BANKTRANSFER THE DEPOSIT , once this is done GOOD LUCK trying to get hold of whoever you were talking to and getting your tickets. also they have not got an IATA number the one they are using belongs to a different company which is illegal! Any good reviews you may find in the internet are written by themselves. Please DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM AND BE WARNED. Once you start looking in to genuine review from customers it becomes clear everyone has been ripped off and they have taken their deposit.

Stay well away from Catchflight.co.uk. They will quote you cheap price but you will end up having to pay double or more. Their customer service very unprofessional and rude. They are based in India but they tell you they are in Slough, UK. They give themselves fake names too - all English names. That should make you wonder. Spoke to an advisor at one point and then after a little while chatting with him on the phone he forgot he had introduced himself as something else and called himself another name. I asked him about this and he said he said his names was both names put together. This might sound like nothing but i have been to India and believe me these are not typical Indian names. Also the fact that you can't use your debit or credit card to pay and can only deposit money into account should set the alarm bells ringing. I had such a terrible time with them. I had to delay my travel for 3 weeks and ended up paying double the quoted price. Once they take your money you'll never hear from them and if you call you will never get the person you dealt with. Don't be fooled by their cheap quotes they.Skum

Looking for an affordable price to fly back home to spend Christmas with family, I came across Catch Flight in the Internet and I found a great offer.
