I was unable to print boarding passes so customer service e-mailed them to me, return boarding passes e-mailed following day so I could print them, but they also e-mailed them to my hotel to ensure that I got them . Fantastic customer service, they did what they said they would do. Thanks to stress free travel.
Trip was good value and would certainly travel with them again
