The website is amazing. Brilliant when you want to research a cruise, cruise line, the ship, and fares. It is very easy to use and navigate. It is also very easy to book a cruise, even for me as I am not good on computers! If you have any inquiries or problems then you only have to send an email for a swift reply or give the wonderful staff a ring. We have used Bon Voyage for some time now for a number of cruises and have never experienced any difficulties. I know that the staff are there for me at the end of a phone or an email if I should need them. I recommend Bon Voyage to loads of people I meet when on cruises and to any friends.

I found Bon voyage Staff especially the person I dealt with professional and courteous and it made the holiday that much more enjoyable. The cruise itself was a success in providing a welcome Quality break from the stress of every day life, leaving the shores of Southampton with the knowledge that nothing but good fun good food and good entertainment will be found in the next 6 days. The Queen Victoria is one of the fleets 3 ships and having tried everyone and this for the second time there were few surprises for us ,but checking out the new refit she had just undertaken never disappointed. We love Cunard's style of cruising as it suits our idea of enjoying a larger ship with all the entertainment that entails but not a city at sea and having noise at every conceivable area, in that you can never escape from it. The cruise ship staff to passenger ratio is good they are attentive and polite. On boarding I first made my way to the Restaurant to meet and talk to the Matradee who was very attentive to our needs of putting my friends and us on the same table making up a four and this he did putting us next to the rear window as well excellent seating. Our cabin for this trip we chose an inside which was nicely laid out and suitable for our needs for this short 5 nighter. The entertainment was excellent, the food good, the speakers informative and interesting over all a good trip.
