Nice guy who arranged my holiday 2 days ago. I tried to cancel the day after due to the dates being wrong that I chose, only to be told by a girl H on email that a full refund is not possible!!! This is not acceptable and I will be taking this to the ombudsmen as I'm within my right to cancel and get 100%refund !! STAY AWAY from this company !!!
1st booking with them..... LAST time booking with them

And as for their reply stating they're offering me a 'goodwill gesture' of £500 I'm sure!!
On their T&C's it states 50% back off the booking if a person cancels. Still NOT acceptable when I paid £1,133 for a holiday!!
And when offering to change the dates to a week later they are now telling me I have to pay a further £900 to amend my booking for me and my partner!! Laughable!!!!
STAY AWAY from this bogus 'so called' company and book with a well known reputable company or face issues yourself!
