I paid £605 (By Bank Transfer) for my ticket to lahore, Pakistan in september 2012 my flight was scheduled for 17 December but later on they cancel my ticket without teling me i Get this know just four days ago from my flight date.

Can anybody tell me how can i get my money back.

Try using a traditional British company,

If you send them a bank transfer you will get nothing from them.

I had purchased a ticket from Birmingham to Pakistan I asked to cancel my return flight there is a guy called Aron and he keep saying he sent the case to management and its been weeks I am keep phoning them from Pakistan spent a fortune on call but no result till yet.

they are a rubbish company plz plz plz do not buy any tickets with them.

I have paid £1400 for two tickets to dhaka, i then cancelled my ticket but they promised me my money back in 19 july but they have not paid me a single money back and on the last day we rang them they said they will pay me back in febuary 2013 but they havnt gave my money back, and they dont answer there calls or any letters we have sent them

I paid them £600 deposit to travel to Ghana tO SEE MY SICK father with little girl who has been asking of her grandfather. She has not seen him in 4 years. i was about to pay the last amount when alarm bells rang. They promised me a refund at the end of february 2013. They have not sent me a penny. They never pick thier call unless it is a NEW NUMBER never used to call them. they were kicked out of thier office near Heathrow for not paying thier bills.

There is a program on BBC that did an in-depth review about them. Don't use them. Also, you may want to take legal action immediately.

They followed a few people who had been ripped off by Azzy-travel and eventually got their money back.

You will have to at least threaten them with legal action. Failing that, you will have to bring them to court.

They don't seem to have ever been a real company. They only existed to rip people off. Unfortunately for many people, they succeeded.

My wife and I booked some flights with with Azzy travel on 17th Sept 2012 for Pakistan (4 tickets) for travel to Karachi on 12th Dec 2012. A quote for £2900 was emailed to us. We dealt with a person called [name removed].

They sent the details of the bank account and asked us to transfer the money which we did on the 18th Sept. They send us the etickets. On the day of travel (12th December 2012). we rang them just to check that the there was no delay due to bad weather.They told us that our tickets had been cancelled because they had an argument with the issuing agent. They told us that they would book another ticket and to go to the airport immediately for the next flight. When we got (Heathrow) PIA had not record of the booking.

We had to come home tired, disappointed and dejected home. We rebooked with another agent. We called AZZY travel and they told us that the refund takes time and it would take some time (six weeks) to complete the refund. It is now well over this time and no refund has been made. We have tried called several times. A person called [name removed] answers the phone and says we need to speak to someone called [name removed]. We have tried several times and everytime we call [name removed] tells us that [name removed] is busy or away. We have reported to action fraud who have logged it. Our bank tells us that because it is bank transfer they can not do anything. Please please please do not book with this agent. We have lost £2900 of honestly hard earned money.

I would like to know if others who have been defrauded want to join up forces for joint legal action against this company to get our monies back.
