Holiday of a lifetime

The quick responses and clear answers to our initial queries was a good introduction to the professional and efficient service we received from Ask Aladdin. The opportunity to customise the basic tour and add extra days and sights was also a huge plus. This allowed us to see exactly what we wanted to see, at our own pace and without having to worry about the needs of a larger group. We really got to see what interested us most and the the freedom of having our own tour guide and driver was fantastic. The sight seeing was made even more enjoyable by the knowledgeable and friendly tour guides, who really knew their stuff.

All the staff were professional and friendly and made us feel very welcome. From our first arrival in Egypt until we left through passport control we had outstanding service from your representatives, guides and drivers. Nothing was too much trouble and everywhere we went we felt safe and secure, even in the Cairo traffic! All the Egyptians we met on our travels were very friendly and good humoured, which makes us wonder why there are so few visitors to such a fabulous country. The low occupancy rates of the hotels and cruise boats were sad to see, but on the plus side we had most of the sights virtually to ourselves so we could take the time to really enjoy what we had come to see.

The accommodation, food, trips and travel arrangements were all great and we had such a good time we have no hesitation in recommending the Ask Aladdin team when it comes to organising and delivering on travel in Egypt. We had such a great time we are already planning another trip in the near future and will be using the Ask Aladdin team again.
