I wish I could give zero stars. They are terrible at refunds. I'm still waiting for my refund for a ticket I cancelled since November 2nd 2020. They charged me $250 for cancellation (even though the airline gave them full refund) and yet they still won't give me my refund. Now the "agent" isn't picking my calls anymore or responding to my emails. ASAP PLEASE ISSUE ME MY REFUND!!!! I'M SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR NUMEROUS EXCUSES. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Uggh!!!!

Update: 2/9/2021
The person I dealt with has stopped picking my calls after promising that I will get my refund. ASAP please give me back my hard earned money. I cancelled since November and since then, its been one story or another. You guys need to give me back my money.

Update 4/1/2021
I still haven't received my refund. All efforts have been futile. Please take my advice and AVOID this company.
