Flight was canceled by the airlines due to pandemic. ASAP confirmed Philippine airlines processed the refund, this was March 2020 until now ASAP tickets, not able to refund me the money, they said according to email (BELOW) communications that I have they are unable to locate the funds. DO NOT DEAL WITH ASAP PLEASE.....

Here is the response from our support in regards with your refund:
"Dear Kamaiyah,
As per checking the records, I could see, that the ticket was already refunded.
Regretfully we do not have the information regarding the funds.
So please check with BK if the funds are still with us."
I just sent another email to our Book Keeping department for the details.

same thing happened to me, same issue, they just never refunded us which i believed we are entitled for. I phoned PAL and they confirmed they refunded the ticket by ASAP request but ASAP never gave me the fund and the Agent never call me back and now it is almost a year now, we just gave up on calling back and forth and Aldrich never call us back even he promised us to call us back every time we call them and ask about the update. That was our first time with them and that will be our last. SO YES, DON'T BOOK YOUR FLIGHT WITH THEM....
