I booked a fight about July 5 for a flight from Atlanta GA to Manila Philippines on August 1. The Philippines government restricted non citizen/resident from entering the country effect Aug 1. ASAP sent me a cryptic message asking me to confirm the change to my itinerary. Since I did not change I ignored the email. I called to confirm my reservation about July 22 and I was told my flight had cancelled. They will not refund the ticket

I heard that I can travel after the government lockdown on August 1. I tried to use this ticket as a voucher to pay for the second ticket. You would not allow me to do that. I paid full fare for the second ticket which it turned out I could not use due to the government restating the restrictions. Although I paid for insurance on that ticket you also will not refund that money. You told me there would be a $250 penalty. I agreed to that but then you required me to pay the $250 before hand. That will be another review.
