Terrible company.
Buying tickets was fine, but getting the refunds from Covid cancellations has been hugely problematic.
PAL cancelled the flights and has a full refund policy.
ASAP won't issue the refunds for two out of my three tickets. They claim they have, but won't provide the financial documentation so I can follow the paper trail with my bank despite promising to do exactly that. There have been so many similar comments on here and other review sites that this seems to be a deliberate pattern of behaviour.
Disgraceful!!
They are behaving like they have serious financial problems, and my CSR, Danaf D is now a ghost. Phone calls and emails not returned. Pretty shady!!

Complete and utter garbage.
It’s been four months now, and this POS company is saying the refund has been issued but won’t supply the documentation for me to trace where the money went.
Do business with them at your peril.
