After ticket sale, ASAP agent don’t respond emails or calls. It’s a pain getting assistance or answer your question, if the agent who sold you the ticket is unavailable, no one is ASAP is willing to help. Use it or lose it is their motto. I’m still waiting, my trip date is approaching and I haven’t been able to get hold of my agent! Quite a disappointing experience!.
