I told the agent (Bernadette) that my son was in a wheel chair and would need extra leg space. She not only didn't arrange this but also didn't arrange for a wheelchair to be assisting us. We had never traveled internationally before and didn't know about the difference between economy and economy premium. In fact we didn't even know it existed. We when we arrived at the airport we tried to upgrade and were told that we didn't qualify for an upgrade because of the type of ticket that was sold to us. My son had great difficulty during the flight. I have been trying to arrange for better seating since our arrival in the Philippines and have had no luck speaking with someone who can assist us. I spoke with someone during the night and was told that someone would get back to us but as of this time (12 hours later) I have not heard back from them.

I definitely appreciate that since we have to leave early Saturday morning to return to LAX. My son needs assistance with this asap. I will be sure to update this review.

I received a phone call in the early this morning, around 1:00am, from the booking agent. She asked if I would remove this review if they gave me a voucher for our next trip. I explained to her again that this wasn't an issue. This issue being that my son had a very rough trip (as did I) in the seats provided on our trip to the Philippines and we wanted to make arrangements for better seats for the return. She informed me that customer service would hava to handle this matter and I told her again that I had spoken to customer service on several occasions and could get no where with them. She told me that she would look into this further and get back to me. I haven't heard back from her or anyone at ASAP since then. And you would think that they would know where I am and what time it is here. I will update when and if anything else occurs. Watch them tell me there are no seats available to move us into. If they had taken me seriously when we arrived on Dec. 1st this could have already been handled.
