“Awful experiance loss if tickets”

I was purchasing tickets to mexico last year and I decided to try a different site and give them the benefit of he doubt, but it was A horrible decision they never sent Me A conformation and I needed to change the date and my conformation I tried for a couple months to get a hold of them the phone would always be busy the few time I did get a hold Of them I got hung up on because I didn't Have the ticket number which they never Sent Me finally before. My departure date I got fed up they repeatedly hung up on me. Telling. Me they did send me a email and to find. My number or they couldn't. Help me. The same. Person kept answering my calls they began to ignore my calls or put me. On hold and leave me on hold so I finally lost it and began calling repetidly and yelling I finally spoke to the" Manager" who told me. I was rude and to contact american airlines and than hung up on me. I wrote a review on there website but it was never posted apparently they only post the good ones I saw other sights with the same price I should have gone with them airtkt cost me 1000 dollars and will never use or recommend that sight to anybody...

“No customer service”

I wanted to know the penalty for changing the return portion of a ticket I had bought from AirTkt.com. I received no answer to two emails I sent over a week period last month. I then noticed the ticket fare included a 50.80 usd agency booking fee they describe as "providing value such as 24x7 toll free call center support, quality solution to all your travel needs, quality control and technology automation." I emailed customer service to enquire about this fee, in the absence of any service, but have received no answer, three weeks later. Cheap tickets, but no customer service.

“Very rude India accented people”

I booked a flight though this agency (airtkt.com and cheapguru.com). They are rude and add unnecessary odd fees as an "agency service fee". They wouldn't refund my tickets though at least 2 billing cycles. Avoid them at all cost!

“put on hold and transferred to 4 different CS for 47 mins ”

i have bought ticket from them once with a pretty good deal last year and it was a smooth no-hassle flight. Bought another ticket again this year and their representative had called me politely to confirm my flight detail= kudos For some emergency reason, i have to change the flight date and called both of their numbers (1-800-247-4775 & 1-213-955-9695) and got put on hold and transferred to 4 different CS rep for 76 mins and still waiting while i'm writing this review! my objective opinions on AirTkt: 1. You could try get ticket from them if you have a FIXED trip and found a REALLY good price from them 2. DO NOT EVER buy ticket from them if your trip is tentative. my conclusion of them: will not coming back! PS: if any occurred, i suggest not to channel your disappointment to the CS rep but rather ask their manager ext# and give your constructive feedback

“Horrible Service”

This has been the worst service ever. Reps are in India not a problem with them but when asked to speak to someone in the USA they will put you on hold forever and then eventually hang up on you. I WILL NEVER BUY NOTHING FROM THIS AIRTKT SITE....

I found a ticket last minute online with Air Tikt, went throught the whole paying process. Afterward, I get an Error and that I have to call this 1800 number. I did so and the guy on the other line asked for my photo, pictures of credit card I used...He also wanted me to send an email saying I wouldn't sue the company for any reason. ON TOP of that, the purchase I was for a different arriving city then was on ticket. When I realized it was fishy I cancelled, but then was told I still had to pay a service fee I was NEVER informed of. So shady. RUN from Airtkt!!

“No Communication”

First complaint. The company charged a BOOKING FEE. Secondly never informed us of cancelled flight and when I contacted them, promised to call back with a re-booking but never heard from them. United Ticket agent had to sort out the mess. I would absolutely never, never, use them again.

“Worse experience ever”

I used AirTkt via bookingbuddy.com in order to book a last minute flight to London from the US and I had the worst experience out of it. In a few words, by error, they cancelled my way back to the States and I realized when I went at the airport to check in. I was never notified for this cancellation and I was charged for the full round trip. Apart from the inconvenience I faced in front of security office and check-in assistant, when I tried to communicate with the agency office, they told me that they couldn't accept responsibility till their opening next day (Monday) at 7 am where they would look at their system, even though the tickets assistant was clearly seeing that it was a cancellation by their error. The flight I was to travel was fully booked and the cost of a ticket around $ 4,000. I felt helpless in a foreign country for something that was clearly not my fault and there was no willingness to fix the error and help me out. I was lucky enough and the tickets assistant booked me for the next flight at the airport's cost. I called the next morning the agency office to report the issue and they told me to call after 2 hours and ask for a person. I did so, and they told me that this person does not exist. I told again my story and they told me they would transfer me to the relevant department. I was 40 minutes on hold and nobody answered. I called again and they told me they would call me back. A month has passed and they never called me. Very unprofessional behavior and I wouldn't suggest this agency even to my worse enemy. I wish I had the money and courage to proceed on legal means.

“Terrible Customer Service!!! Beware!!!!”

Beware of this travel agents. Bad connections and bad telephone manners. Keeps putting you on hold. Gets mad when you ask them a question, keeps interrupting while you're talking and hangs up while trying to explain situation. Worst experience ever!! Won't recommend to anyone. Shady.

I wish I had read this review before paying them $1,400 for a trip to London and for the worst services I ever had - they cancelled my way back without letting me know and left me uncovered at the airport trying to figure out how I am going to return to the States1

“Customer service sucks!!!”

When you call for cancellation they will transfer you to foreign people who doesn't know what to do. Put you on hold and the when answered it seemed you call them for the first time. So if you plan to get a ticket in this company make you will not make any changes or else ask for a vacation leave because you'll need at least 3 days to finish the transaction. Horrible2x!!

“Great air ticket prices!”

My mom decided to come for my graduation ceremony to LA last week. Since it was a last minute plan, we were unable to find reasonable air tickets on any website! Then a friend recommended that I try Airtkt. I was so happy to see the reasonable prices and great array of airlines! I booked a ticket for $300 cheaper than most websites! It was a great experience and I will surely use Airtkt again! Kudos to you guys!

“SHADY Hidden fees”

This is the worst site EVER and you better put this review on your Website. I booked through their piece of "ART" site and was charged a hidden booking fee of $38. This is not the charge what I approved during the purchase. The support representative are shady and call people at the middle of the night to get a credit card confirmation - WITHOUT disclosing the hidden fees to the customer. AGAIN - The fees were not presented during the checkout, I'm going to report you them to Better Business Bureau. Phones are not answered for 35 minutes, Then they ask to speak to the accounting team. This is a SHADY affair.

Watch out for this company, AKA EROS TRAVEL. Once you book your ticket on-line they require you call on the billing phone but their 800 number is disconneted and the other number provided doesn't answer even after holding more than 30 min. you're disconnected repeatedly. When you try to disengage from transaction with them you are still liable for $20.00 angency fee and travel ins. purchase. All calls are sent to India.

Purchasing the ticket was fine an all, however, if at all, you want to contact their agency for anything (for example seat selection) they will tell you to wait one moment and put you on hold for ONE hour (literally). They also called me during work because the purchaser's credit card and the name on the ticket didn't match, I asked if i could call back later, however, they told me my ticket could and will be cancelled if i hung up right now. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! How inconsiderate... Also, I don't know where their customer service center is located, but every agent has a heavy accent. When they told me to "wait a moment" and forgot to put me on hold, I could hear them talking in another language in the background (an indian language perhaps? it sounded like it)... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY!!!

I have to fly to CA tomorrow... and just found out that my ticket got CENCELED!!! I talked to my bank, they gave me an approval # for this transaction. Tried to talk to the company...they hung up on me five times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a vacation...and a hotel booked!!!

“After 2 Days ticket was canceled without my knowledge...”

I found really good deal so I booked ticket, paid with my credit card, I got confirmation from Airtkt by email, next day I got email saying I should call them, so I did I was ask plenty of personal information, upon that I said why you asking me these info- agent on other side got mad, threaten me to canceled my reservation, so I gave them all my information... So on third day I got a email saying your ticket is being canceled, Any charges debited to your card are being refunded except agency service fee. Please note that the agency service fee USD is non refundable and will be billed even if the booking is cancelled. so I called customer service asking why my reservation was canceled, well no valid & reasonable answer I got from their side. Agent were very rude, well first one said because europe has very strickt visa rule thats why it was canceled, I said i am going to india & after booking a tiket then only you get a transit visa from german embassy, he said he is agree on that. second but there nothing he can do now, upon that I ask for the head office number, he said he cant do that, then I ask what if I called lufthans then he started scaring me that he have all recordings on me, dont ever book your ticket with airtkt, & please let me know is there way we can report these people to the right authorities

I booked my flight from San Francisco to Hong Kong and I got the San Francisco to Hong Kong Reference Number 7XCHSZ back. I need to know if my trip is set for June 21th to leave and Aug 24th to return? How can I find this information out? I am getting conflicting respond. Thank you in advance
