Air Africa’s customer service is appalling. I will not fly with them again and will advise others not to fly with them. On 11/12/16 I telephoned Air Africa in London from Freetown, Sierra Leone. Air Africa had given me the wrong check in time on my ticket, which led to me missing my flight back to London. Air Africa left me stranded in Freetown and gave me no support in how to then get back to London. On 11/12/16 I sent an email detailing my complaint to the members of staff, who were dealing with my complaint, Mr F and M. On 26/12/16 and 23/01/17 I spoke on the telephone to Mr F in London about my complaint and he said he would reply to me. On 23/01/17 Mr F had said he would reply to me within 48 hours according to Air Africa’s customer services procedure. To date I have had no response from Air Africa in respect of my formal complaint and no acknowledgment of Air Africa’s responsibility or poor customer service.

I booked a tkt to my mum with AirAfrica and the ticket was confirmed with Turkish Airline The Agency of Air Frica sent an email saying that the seat was not confirmed which was a lie because they were asking for extra £50 on top on the ticket price, we called them asking to issue the Eticket as the airline and seat was confirmed , they refused to do that without receiving the £50. I found they were untruthful, greedy managers and staff trying to twist our arms as it we booked our ticket one day before departure and they used this to their benefit I will rate their service as 0 and never used them any more

I called after selecting flights. The person I talked to said "The quoted prices on the website are only for comparison purposes". Even the person on the live chat said exactly the same thing! These prices does not exist. Bait advertising. No feedback after completing a "Contact us" form.

Do not use these guys, they advertise cheap seats that are ALWAYS sold out. They then try to offer you the best option which turns out to be around 100 sterling more. Poor Service. Do not use.

they'll give good prices, but coyly suggest you phone because they are "secret" deals. Then, guess what? -the fares no longer available; but other, higher fares are. It's an old story :) Complete waste of time. Look on Kayak, elect an agent from there.
