Air Africa’s customer service is appalling. I will not fly with them again and will advise others not to fly with them. On 11/12/16 I telephoned Air Africa in London from Freetown, Sierra Leone. Air Africa had given me the wrong check in time on my ticket, which led to me missing my flight back to London. Air Africa left me stranded in Freetown and gave me no support in how to then get back to London. On 11/12/16 I sent an email detailing my complaint to the members of staff, who were dealing with my complaint, Mr F and M. On 26/12/16 and 23/01/17 I spoke on the telephone to Mr F in London about my complaint and he said he would reply to me. On 23/01/17 Mr F had said he would reply to me within 48 hours according to Air Africa’s customer services procedure. To date I have had no response from Air Africa in respect of my formal complaint and no acknowledgment of Air Africa’s responsibility or poor customer service.

I booked a tkt to my mum with AirAfrica and the ticket was confirmed with Turkish Airline

The Agency of Air Frica sent an email saying that the seat was not confirmed which was a lie because they were asking for extra £50 on top on the ticket price, we called them asking to issue the Eticket as the airline and seat was confirmed , they refused to do that without receiving the £50. I found they were untruthful, greedy managers and staff trying to twist our arms as it we booked our ticket one day before departure and they used this to their benefit I will rate their service as 0 and never used them any more

I called after selecting flights. The person I talked to said "The quoted prices on the website are only for comparison purposes". Even the person on the live chat said exactly the same thing! These prices does not exist. Bait advertising. No feedback after completing a "Contact us" form.

Do not use these guys, they advertise cheap seats that are ALWAYS sold out. They then try to offer you the best option which turns out to be around 100 sterling more. Poor Service. Do not use.

they'll give good prices, but coyly suggest you phone because they are "secret" deals.

Then, guess what? -the fares no longer available; but other, higher fares are. It's an old story :)

Complete waste of time. Look on Kayak, elect an agent from there.

The service received when I spoke to one of the staff was perfect.i will surely use it again and even recommend a friend. well satisfied

I have been checking flights on line to Cape Town for the last couple of months, and nearly bought a couple but never did, due to one reason or another, so when I came across this site and was able to call and speak to some one 24/7 I was really pleased.

Spoke to a great guy who walked me through all the options and process and he came up with a fantastic deal for me on two of my favourite airlines with was exactly want I wanted.

The guy also waited for me to see my document arrive online so I could check some of the details. That is Customer Service!!

I need to hire a car whilst Im there so I will defiantly be calling back to see if I can get one to suit my needs.

I will also recommend this site to my friends and if Im going to South Africa again I will defiantly come to this site.

Online sites are good, but when you have someone to talk to. and the booking fee is NOT HIGH, then I feel I got a great bargain.

Excellent service both via email and telephone conversation. Details were discussed precisely and any questions/clarification/amendments were answered in an efficient manner. Customer service with 24 hour service line open is very useful.

Never having dealt with air africa before I found you very professional it was a pleasure to deal with you the staff member was very good at his job and explained things very well indeed I will certainly book with air africa again as I go at least once a year thank you very much
