On our previous visits to Marbella in early November the Marbella, El Fuerte Miramar Spa Hotel hotel has been closed but in 2013 it stayed open until mid November so we decided to stay there for the first time and were glad that we did.

We found the rooms to be generous in size, clean with well designed furniture and most of them have wide sea views with balconies. Breakfasts were of a good standard (with eggs freshly cooked to order by a charming lady chef) and could be enjoyed outside on the terrace. We also had a great buffet dinner at the sister hotel, Fuerte Marbella, only a short walk away, followed by a flamenco show there. The reception staff at the Miramar were very welcoming and took the trouble to allocate us the room we had requested. We were happy with every aspect of our stay and would recommend this hotel for location (central yet in a quiet side street), service quality and very fair value for money at the promotional rate which included free parking and two spa visits .

An exellent location, very close to the see with a magnificent view from the balcony. The hotel is extremely clean and the personel is very kind and helpfull. The breakfast is plentiful and delicius with several options to choose from. Several activities are available as well as the spa. One of the best hotels we have visited!

Das Hotel vermittelt andalusische Gastfreundschaft - alle Mitarbeiter der Rezeption hilfreich und freundlich vom einchecken bis zur Abreise. Ein schöner Platz mit Beach Bar und ruhigem Garten, trotzdem mitten in Marbella Zentrum gelegen und nur wenige Schritte zur sehenswerten Altstadt. Ein Hotel mit kompetenten Mitarbeitern, für Strandurlaub aber genauso für Leute, die die wunderschöne Costa Del Sol und das sehenswerte Hinterland entdecken möchten. Auf bald im "Fuerte Miramar", auf bald in Marbella.

This hotel is highly recommended, it has great staff, superb facilities and the perfect location.

my wife and i stayed at this hotel for a week recently, and this was our third stay at this hotel. the location is excellent, the breakfast is splendid and the staff are helpful and courteous. the bedroom was spacious and kept very clean, as is the hotel itself. highly recommended.

Hotel very good except for facilities for sunbeds - not enough space. Life guard very helpful. Dining room and reception staff very good.

It was our 5th stay at the Fuerto Miramer Hotel. This is a four star Hotel, but we would give it five stars taking into consideration food, location, room condition, price, hotel staff work. Hotel food is absolutely excellent, we dined in main restaurant and beach restaurant, the prices and quality we fount better then in town restaurants.

The Hotel located in a prime location five minutes walk to Marbella Old City Centre, a short walk to hundreds of sea side restaurants, only 10 minutes taxi drive to the Marbella Bus Station ( it is very convenient if you do not want to overspend on Taxi if you travel from airport ) And of course one minute away from a beach.

All rooms are newly refurbished with plenty of wardrobe space, large balcony, very important working air condition and very clean rooms. You can leave you balcony door open thought all night and only you would hear is the noise of the sea waves.

Prices are very reasonable you would not feel like you overpaid for your stay.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

We defiantly will go back again.
