Elga Aparthotel

When we arrived at the Elga Aparthotel we were made to wait an hour and a half before we could enter our rooms. This is not a good start to holiday especially after being on a four hour flight.

When we finally got in our rooms they were a mess. So why were we kept waiting. The rooms were only cleaned twice in two weeks.

In our second week we woke to find our rooms had been flooded because of an incompetant cleaner. We recieved no apology and were handed a mop to clean up the mess ourselves.

Finally at the end of the holiday we recieved a bill of 120 euros for dirty sheets which were clean and dirty towels which hadn't even been used. Overall this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in and I wont be returning.

I went on holiday to Elga Aparthotel in May 2001. I stayed for 2 weeks, loved the people and the place so much that I went home for 1 week and then went back to work there for the rest of the season. The owner Stella Galinou was like a second mom to me it was great. Her 2 sons Pedros and Dimitris were like brothers to me also. I met so many kool people as well. I worked and lived in Elga. I worked in the pool bar, and it was amazing, so amazing that I went back the following year. All in all it was fab, I miss them sooo much I would so love to go back with my partner and my new baby.
