One Night Stay
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. The staff was friendly and professional. The made to order omelets during the complimentary breakfast were exceptional. I will visit the location in Livonia, MI again!!

Great Location, Great Value!
We stayed at the Embassy Suites: Lake Buena Vista for our week long trip to Disney / Universal / Seaworld. The staff and location were fantastic, the rooms were very nice and spacious and you can't beat the location right at the gate of the Disney property! We would definitely stay here again - we had no problems to speak up... except that next time my wife would love to see some waffles on the breakfast bar ;)

Horrible Service !!
The worst experience I have ever had for staying at a hotel. The receptionist was awfully impatient, rude and obnoxious when checking us in. She was very much annoyed for any questions we had. The worst service I have ever gotten checking into a hotel, remain you that I have stayed at over 100 hotels all over the world. I was totally ashamed of staying at your hotel with such obnoxious receptionists.
Moreover, the next morning when we picked up our car from the valet, we discovered that the side was scratched (a one feet long deep scratch mark), we were miserably asking everyone on duty on the floor, and we could not find the person in charge until one hour later. He ended up just giving us a phone number to contact after we came back to Toronto.
I suggest the management team should educate their staff and train them how to treat customers the right way.
