Don't Use
Booked a Return Heathrow to Central London.
Took Full Payment then decided couldn't do them.
Cancelled October and End August.
Only reason can be Not enough Money.
Very Shady.

Excellent Timing
I called for a taxi very late and was worried that i am going to miss my plane but the driver avoided traffic and got me to the airport in time. I highly recommend this cab service to all my friends.

Worse Experience Ever!!! Dodgy Company
I booked 10 hours in advance to cut the longgggg story short no car showed up and the guy who can NOT speak English didn't apologise for the no show and hang up saying they didn't receive payment and PayPal had confirmed. Whatever you do do not book direct with card only PayPal to ensure you get your money back after raising a dispute!
Better yet avoid full stop!

Tried to make an online booking, their website is not fully functional and wrong rates are provided to lure in customers. No proper customer service and very poor English. Definitely a NO ..
Do Not Book With Them!!!
Online booking is very dodgy, we got error messages and thought it didn't work. Then found out the money had been taken from the account. So I called to ask if they could confirm the booking.
When you call there is a very rude man who speaks bad English (I really had trouble understanding him), they are not customer friendly and will try to take your money and claim they haven't received it.
Don't be as stupid enough to use this site, stay well clear!!!

I wish I had read the online reviews of this company before I booked online. Totally unprofessional and very rude customer service. No faith that the car would arrive. They didn't answer emails or the phone. When I got through, the person was extremely rude and said if I didn't feel 'comfortable' to cancel the car. They talked over me, didn't apologise and then put the phone down on me. That was when they put the phone down on me.
My advice, use a company that is polite professional who answer the phone and emails. I have now opened a dispute with Paypal to reclaim the money I unfortunately paid.
Oh why Oh why did I not read your review before placing an order through this company. Everything you have posted here is an exact mirror of which I have just been through. The only thing I would disagree with is that you gave him one star.
I have just got off the phone to him (after he told me to stop complaining and wasting his time - even though I am the customer and just paid him 62 pounds). It was either pour myself a beer or get in my car from Portsmouth and drive up and rip his bloody head off. Never have I been so disgusted in all my life. Please please do not use this company. I would rather come and pick you up myself and not charge you a penny.

Absolute Disgrace
Booked O/W transfer online and got my daughter in London to confirm the booking on the day to make absolutely sure that the driver would be waiting for us after a long flight. No sign of driver on arrival. Office staff very rude on the phone, no apology for the delay. Would only repeat that the driver should be with us shortly. No follow up unless we called. After almost an hour, just as we were making another arrangement a driver turned up. According to him, he was from another company and only got the booking 15 minutes before his arrival. He was nice enough but I would never make another booking with this company again.
I'm sorry you have had this experience. I have just had quite a shocking experience with the rude manner of the staff who did not apologise for their incompetence, then talked over me and put the phone down on me. Totally unprofessional and disgusting customer service which did not give me any faith in the service. I have been assured that I will receive a refund and have opened a dispute with paypal to this end.

I agree....dreadful, unprofessional, rude staff. Uncontactable. The person put the phone down on me! I've opened a dispute through paypal to get my money back.

Just arrived to LHRto find out the car I have booked this am is not here
When I tried to get in touch with them, I was told (in a pretty rude way) they need a phone confirmation for bookings done less than 24h earlier, despite I got a confirmation email right after the booking.
Moreover, while on the phone it looked like the only worry of my counterpart was to 'accuse' me of not having read an email, which I never received, supposedly asking me to call them and confirm the booking.
In the end, they didn't even try to arrange for another car to come and pick me up, and just kept complaining it was my fault!
Just avoid this car company!
I was treated very disrespectfully by these people. I felt very offended by their incompetence and lack of apology for it. I hope to get my money back.
