Absolutely Worst Car Rental Ever
I have never seen a crappy and shady car rental company like 724 Rentals. I blame carjet whom I booked through and they ended me with 724 Rubbish. I rented a van for 6 days paid over 20,000 Turkish Lira and transferred 1000 Euros to them as insurance deposit to be returned to me upon returning the car. THREE MONTHS LATER NO REFUND. I travelled back to Istanbul after 3 months and they are telling me the car has been damaged? CAN YOU IMAGINE the dubiousness of these people? They didn’t say that when I returned the car!!!! WHAT A SHAM!! Just don’t bother using this company. In fact I am done with Carjet as well

Sham Company – Avoid At All Costs
I rented a car from 724Rent, and it was an absolute nightmare. I returned the car with only a few minor scratches, but they hit me with a €1,700 charge! To make things worse, they had the audacity to ask for a police report for minor scratches, which is completely unreasonable.
Their employee, Musa, is clearly the front man for this sham. He was uncooperative, refused to provide a proper breakdown of the charges, and repeatedly made excuses to justify the absurd fees. Even with full insurance coverage, they refused to acknowledge it, leaving me with no choice but to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
724Rent is running a sham operation, and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. Don’t fall for Their tricks!

The Worst Company You Could Choose
We rented a car with this company in August 2024 and the experience was terrible. The process was excessively long, both in the case of delivery and return of the car, but the worst thing is that we have not been able to get back the 500 euros of deposit we gave them.

I rented car for 14 days from the company and paid 1110 Euro as a deposit amount . they promised to pay back the deposit amount in 14 days . they did not pay back the deposit amount and they stopped answering calls and messages .

Simply Not Worth It!
We were renting their car for more than one year for business. We got a car at the airport with gas tank almost empty. Car was ok for about a month, until winter came and half inch of snow. Tiers were so bad, that we couldn't drive not to risk an accident. We complained, drove the car to Sabiha Gokcen office and got a new car. Of course with empty tank and not the same rank!
Car was changed for couple more times and every time they called, car had a full tank of gas. Coincidently, knowing they are collecting the license plate number on every station prior to filling up?
When initial (6 months) renting period was over, we also agreed on a fixed monthly price due to long term rental. This was a verbal agreement, but regardless every month the price went higher. From €350 per month to €800 per month, without any explanation why. After couple of months we also noticed that it was actually not per month, but per 30 days. That was the reason that pay day was every month shifted for one day earlier.
On the drop-off day we cleaned the car in the car wash half a way to the airport. It was still shining when we arrived there. We signed the papers ask for €500 deposit back, and they said it will be returned in a couple of days. Days went into weeks, weeks into months and we still haven't received money back. We contacted them numerous times until they suddenly stopped responding on WhatsApp.
We started calling the CarJet service located in Spain - the online service we made a booking with, and all we could achieve so far is that they issued us an invoice for about €200 for car cleaning and motorway tolls. In addition we spent more than €100 calling the CarJer in Spain and they also deserve 0 stars since their answer is every time the same: "We will contact them and let you know the feedback." Ok, once they actually sent us an email with print screen from 724rent of fake return statement with no date, no refund bank account/card number and no bank the refund was made from. What a joke!
At least CarJet could do is to remove 724rent from their service due to so many negative reviews. By doing nothing they clearly sate they support tricking companies like 724rent.
I strongly recommend not to use 724rent if you don't want to have a headache during your holidays in Turkey.

Bad Service, Low Transparency, Trying To Trick You
1. On 7 August we go to the address indicated in the booking voucher at Istanbul airport but there is no desk dedicated to 724 rent, only thanks to the kindness of a flight attendant who called customer service speaking Turkish we discover that after several minutes someone would have arrived to pick us up, to take us to a garage about 15 minutes from the airport.
2. The approach of the staff, once we arrive at the collection point, immediately appears a bit sham, they try to saddle us with upgrades of all kinds, also informing us that the total coverage purchased with the "discover cars" broker is not valid, that in case of damage we would have had to pay and then refer to the broker for a refund.
3. When paying, my debit card apparently refused payment, I tried another with the same result. Let's try with my fiancée's card, however if the card doesn't belong to the holder of the reservation, there is a supplement of €5/day, for a total of €60 more. Same bank, same circuit, magically this one worked.
4. The time comes for the delivery of the car, we begin to get annoyed with this whole process, they tell us that to accommodate us they will give us a car with an automatic transmission for the same price, the car has a huge crack that runs through the entire front windshield. Since we don't consider the vehicle safe, we ask to have the car we asked for, with a manual gearbox, but the car isn't there, they want to convince us that the car they are giving us is safe and can therefore travel safely. We firmly oppose it and in the end they send us to another depot of theirs 70km away where we change the car and finally get a car in good condition and apparently functional.
5. After 50km the ad Blue light comes on and we fill it up at our own expense.
6. During our rental, the car reaches 20,000 km and the oil light comes on. To speed up the processes and thinking of doing what we like, we stop at the first petrol station and top up the oil, needless to say we haven't been refunded because "we had to call support and go to an authorized service center, so we wouldn't have to pay".
7. The time comes for the return, fortunately given the hint we were very careful not to damage the car, which thank goodness passed a very accurate check (we still had videos and photos taken at the beginning of the rental).
8. return of the 100 euro deposit that we left in cash (they pushed us to pay it in cash because "this way it is returned to you immediately when you deliver the car"): we knew that the money from the toll booths would be deducted from this, the bill it is promptly presented to us: 60 euros. We therefore ask that we be explained what these 60 euros are made up of, which we would have been willing to pay, although it seemed a bit steep to us given that we only took the motorway for a small part of the journey and at the toll booths you can see the amounts paid (we expected about 25 euros less).
We are told that the information comes from the head quarter which has access to the license plate data, so there is no way to see the movements associated with the price they communicated to us. If we want to know them, we have to write an email to customer service and ask for the motorway movements connected to the license plate (this, however, only after paying what they have requested).
Furthermore, the 40 euros difference, they don't have them available in cash, so they will be returned to the card that made the payment, hopefully...
9. Following our complaints relating to the lack of transparency of the point above, the impatient operator tells us that we should rest a little calm, as he has waived the 20 euro penalty for not having returned the car cleaned and washed, yes, he waves the contract we signed under his nose, where there is precisely this clause which he obviously failed to highlight during the rental phase.

WE returned the car in perfect condition. They signed off and assured our deposit would be retuened in 9 days. After many texts, false promises etc and over 2 months later, they are now ghosting me and I've lost 540 euro. DO NOT USE THEM
