Good Service!!
Booked a transfer from Las Palmas return and they turned up on time at the airport and turned up early for the return trip. I had no problems at all, sorry to hear all the bad reviews.
Glad you got what you paid for the same can't be said for a lot of other people. We never got our money back, we phoned and emailed and even sent them a letter of complaint by recorded delivery, this was returned saying no such company. I am surprised that this company are still in existence absolutely rip off merchants. We did manage to get our money back through our back on something called charge back.
Unreliable
Sky blue transfers did not turn up for our pick up in Minorca on May 2011. We paid over 200 euros for taxis and were promised a refund. Despite repeated calls and emails and several lies and false promises of a refund it has never been received almost two years later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not honest.
Badly Let Down
booked and paid in february 2013 for holiday in september only to find when we arrived at Alicante Airport this company no longer do transfers from here!! To much to ask that they "email" me beforehand to tell me this! Even less of a chance of me getting my money back or the 36 euros extra i had to pay for another company to transfer me to resort!

Exactly the same thing happened to me, paid and booked for 2 transfers from Alicante Airport to Benidorm several months in advance. We had to pay again at the airport to get a transfer. Tried several times to contact the office in the UK but was just fobbed off and told to call back later. Sent emails complaining and didn't even get an acknowledgement. Cheap! Do not book with this company.

This company quite happy to take your money then dont provide the transfer once you get to the airport.I tried to ring them from Alicante to be firstly put on hold then after 2 mins told that my call cannot be taken and to ring back.This happened several times over a period of an hour or so and we eventually had to pay for 2 taxi`s to get us to our hotel in Benidorm. 2 weeks later i called to book the return to be told that the company concerned had no dealings with sky blue for several months and they didnt have a place for our party. Another taxi job. While i was away my daughter spoke to Skyblue with no satisfactory outcome.The girl she spoke to was a cocky little swine who clearly could not have cared less that we had been abandoned despite having paid in advanced.
Legal action been considered.
Dont trust them.
This is exactly what happened to us when we arrived in Mahon, one year on and still fighting for a refund! Disgusting people!

Do Not Use This Company
This Company take your money upfront and do not provide the transport when you arrive at the airport. I contacted them from the airport and was told a taxi would be provided for us, 3 hours later we made our own way by public transport. Since arriving home I have emailed with my complaint but they just ignore. Avoid using this Company.

Avoid Sky Blue Transfers. - They Tell Lies To Avoid Refunds
I booked an airport transfer with Sky Blue Transfers and paid £80 for their taxi partners to collect us from Las Palmas airpot Gran Canaria on 19 May 2012. When we arrived the taxi wasn't there. The booking form told us to go to an office but this was closed and the sign on the door was for a completely different company. We eventually made our own way to the hotel. When we called I was told that the driver had got it wrong information and got there too late and to contact the UK company for the refund.
The resort taxi office were unhelpful and for the return journey I decided to cancel it as I just couldn't risk being stranded abroad and missing my flight back. I gave over 48 hours cancellation notice and I was told to contact the UK company for the refund.
On 28 May I registered my complaint and subsequently have made about 2-3 calls to this company using 0844 numbers EVERY week since, to try and get my money back. It has now been over 2 months and the money I've spent on calls from being on hold for ages each time must run into quite a lot. I have had every excuse in the book and have been told a pack of lies by their representatives. Every time I call Rebecca Harrison, Linda or Simone tell me that 3 separate cheques have been sent to my home over the past month but of course none have arrived. The last time I called to chase this was a week ago to be told theat the previous 2 cheques were cancelled and yet another was in the post. It's just not possible that you can blame Royal Mail for 3 cheques going missing. As a businesswoman and marketing director I find this behaviour morally shameful and disgusting that a company should use these kind of practices. Simon Purchase, Managing Director, you should be ashamed of yourself.
