Air Dolomiti

It was a load of **** i mean i could have walked it there thats how **** it was, i mean the food tasted like raw cheese and the drinks looked like it came out of a toilet!! The service was the ******** of all, they would ignore me and serve someone else when i asked for over an hour!! It took the Mick! Oh yeah there was a minute where there was a choking woman so i go and save her life and then the attendent thought i was harrassing her, so they moved me down to Economy and no-one served me for the rest of the flight!! look id rather die than go there again so please dont go to this crappy flight or you just like flying on a plane that looks like a hole of ****!!!

I had the pleasure to fly Air Dolmoti from Naples to Munich. A well run, efficient airline. The flight featured Pristine interiors, good service, and downright friendly flight attendants. And the leg room was far greater than my subsequent Munich- Chicago flight.

Air Dolimiti is an Italian domestic carrier which also operates flights on behalf of Lufthansa, Germany's national carrier. The company is essentially a short-hop operation (frequently trans-Alpine) and uses 40/50 seat jets. These mean very quick turn-rounds at the airport, but have the obvious disadvantages of constrained space and very limited baggage space, though it is possible to drop-off/ pick-up your 'wheelie' at the aircraft's steps. I was lucky to be in business class with nobody sat next to me, which removed the space problem. Service was excellent - newspapers, high-quality food and free drinks provided efficiently and courteously even on a 50 minute flight. Had I been sitting with someone, I think the experience would have been less good, but Air Dolomiti seemed keen to try and make a good impression. Overall, ratrher good.
