Blatant profiteering from a disgraceful company. Paid £3200 for 10 days which included a 7 day all-inclusive cruise with Cylestial Cruises. Only offered cruise payment refund which they claim is £1200. How can the MAIN component of the holiday amount to a refund of only one third the total cost? They claim the remainder (£2,000) is the cost of budget airline travel and 4 nights in budget hotels (one in poor part of Athens) and will not refund any of this. Won't breakdown costs and claim it is all to do with airlines. Totally laughable. Will pursue the remainder of this through the court. It is my mission to see this through...and I don't care how long, or how much it costs! Do NOT make the same mistake!

I got no reply at all, I phoned several times and eventually a man told me the flight delay and missed the flight because of the short time of transit, all this advisor said it wasn’t their fault, but American Airline fault. This was the only answer I’ve got after one month and I had to keep phoning several times. We will ever use your company again for sure

We recently booked a late cruise with Worldwide Cruises to Central America and the Panama Canal. The consultant we dealt with was very profession, understanding and quick to respond to all our requirements. He dealt with all our queries very quickly and within an hour we had confirmation of our holiday. All the paperwork arrived two weeks prior to the trip. We had a fantastic holiday with everything running smoothly. Four transfer to and from the ship in limos were punctual and hassle free and the accommodation was a of a high standard and well located. We enjoyed the holiday so much that on our return we booked another cruise to Iceland in June

Nothing was too much trouble and every question was answered very quickly.

Particularly useful was researching suitable hotels in Los Angeles near the airport and the port.

Refreshing to have no sales pressure - never placed in a position where I had to make a quick decision!

He delved into all our options and requests and got back very quickly with all the information and was very helpful with the advice on all the aspects of the booking. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I was already aware of the trip I was looking for, but wanted it at a good price. The agent I spoke to listened to my requirements, made very relevant suggestions, was patient while I checked things on line (deck plans, room positions etc) while talking on the phone to them.

The price quoted was very good compared with other sites and I agreed the plan. Later that day he rang back with the option of a better room at a minimal price increase - I couldn't refuse.

It was our 25th anniversary and our first cruise but thank goodness this man answered the phone when we called to book. He was patient, informative, provided great recommendations and even whilst on the holiday when we called to change hotels, he worked tirelessly to help make our dreams come true! To that man, you don’t know this but you are one reason our trip (Alaskan cruise on the Norwegian Pearl) was so memorable, so thank you very much.
