Dreadful - Avoid.
Ignored a very important aspect of my brief, booking me in to a totally unsuitable hotel. At the end of my holiday they booked me in to a hotel that was 80 miles away from the airport, meaning I had to be collected at 2am to make my flight and refused to refund me the bed and breakfast I didn't receive.

I Booked Firstly A Few Years Ago For My Holiday To
I booked firstly a few years ago for my holiday to Bali, and stayed at Aman hotel (which is amazing, very expensive but worth it!) and have just booked with them again for me and my boyfriend to travel to Thailand at Christmas.
I always know when I speak to them that someone has actually been to the hotel or at least the place itself, an in most cases they know lots about both. Even if I call to ask a quick question, and the person I speak with is not the person who dealt with my booking, they are always super efficient, knowledgable and abaove all, totally honest and friendly.
I fid them very good on price too, and there is certainly a lot of prestige associated with travelling with them, as the hotels alsways seem to hold them in high regard, and I get a number of extras rather than booking direct online. I always feel my holiday is secure with them, which is quite rare with the worrying number of collapses lately.
I have recommended them to friends and family, all who have also been very happy with the service, they are great of you just need to book a hotel too, as i often work overseas so don;t always need flights, they are flexible like that. I wasn;t to keen on the luggage labels, but they are now very nice and look smart. I have also booked with other similar companies such as ITC and Destinology, but in my opinion W&O is much better.
