Not Even 1 Star- Avoid Like Hell!!!!!!

NOT EVEN 1 STAR! AVOID LIKE HELL!!!!!!

I booked a 9-day trip to Jamaica with this sham company. I had a confirmation and booking number to say that the flight had been booked- NO E-TICKET!!! I also wanted to contact them for special assistance that I would need (I use 2 pieces of medical equipment). However, there was no number to call. On the website, there is the 'Additional Products' section of 'My Trips', where I should have been able to enter this information. However, every time I tried to do this, it came up with an error message (I tried on different days as well). Now I became concerned and looked them up- it's only then I saw the many 1-star reviews!!! I immediately searched on how to get a refund. I was given an application to fill in and saw that I'd only be refunded for the cost of the tickets (£1217.86)- NOT INCLUDING THE EXTRAS I PUT ON, INCLUDING THEIR 'ENHANCED REFUNDABLE TERMS' (extras cost £1048.03). Altogether, that is £2269.84. Going through the refund application, you are given a list of 'acceptable reasons' for a refund and you have to send in evidence. Unfortunately, this means I'm not able to finish the application as I don't meet any of the 'reasons' listed.

I wished I'd looked these people up beforehand, then I would have never went with them. I'm not getting my money back now. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY!!!

Addendum.- This agency may also go under other names such as 'TripMonster' and 'Travelgenio'. DON'T BE FOOLED- THEY'RE ALL THE SAME COMPANY!!!

Beware They Will Not Refund Your Money

i booked a ticket on alaska airlines thru travel2b. i booked another one one straight thru alaska airlines. There was an emergency and i had to cancel both tickets. 'alaska allowed me not a refund , but to reuse my ticket if it was the exact place and people. travel2b would not refund in any way. was it worth the $20 less? NO!

No Assistance When Needing To Postpone Flights

Need to postpone flights UK to South Africa as I have been asked to work due to a shortage of carers in the UK. Trying to change flights has been a NIGHTMARE, Travel2Be 'agents' unhelpful, then just ignore your cries for help. Now getting a message that the email address is no longer in use. NEVER EVER USE Travel2be as they are inconsiderate, unhelpful and uncooperative DISGUSTING when so many people are DEVASTATED that they cant travel.

Rescheduled My Internal Flight Without Telling Me

I booked via this company to fly from Southampton to Leeds-Bradford, turned up at the airport at 7am today to be told by a young woman that they’ve put me on the later flight today 17.25 . I paid £30 for a taxi to the airport only to pay another £30 to go home again and then another £30 to go later today. They said they emailed me and to look in my Spam but no emails anywhere. Don’t use them they are terrible and don’t think of travellers now I’ve lost a days pay as I could turn up for my meeting as I’m a contractor and on a day rate …

Do not expect any customer service

The price was good. Ticket arrived fine. I paid £30 for extra services including dietary requirements and choice of seat. I emailed my requirements the next day. Two emails, a phone call and 9 weeks later I’ve been told: you also have to pay for the seat allocation with the airline (I could have done that at the time of booking so no need for this extra service) and they cannot get me a nut free diet (I am highly allergic). This was topped off by them saying that the seat I requested 9 weeks ago was actually now taken! After several requests they are ignoring my request for my money back.

Totally Misleading Company

Had to pay for additional services to purchase extra baggage for the flight. Questioned travel2be 3 weeks before departure about no checked in luggage showed up on my booking/tickets. Was informed that they would be in touch in the following days.

They sent me a reply on the day of the flight to tell me that they were unable to sort out due to the proximity of the flight.

When we arrived at the airport the check in desk said that no additional baggage allowance was booked on my flight, even though I showed her I had clearly paid for the service. Travel2be sent me an email with the terms and conditions and it clearly stated that THEIR AGENTS were responsible for contacting the airline. I had to pay again for my checked luggage and asked travel2be for a refund of the additional cost

Worst Service Ever

I have booked to travel turkey and unfortunately turkey country went to red list i can't travel than wanted to change dates than I've tried to contact trvael2be costumer service but there no proper number really frustrating me.

Awful Service

Booked flights and they just never confirmed the tickets. Called to get them to help with the booking and they charged a fortune for the call and then claimed it was not their fault. Airline appeared to never get the request.
