This Firm Has Given Us Headache After Headache, I

This firm has given us headache after headache, I recomend to go else where before you book with these so called travelpatrol, it seems that they had changes the flight details to a differant day on our return, baggage handling so that we had no kg's to take our luggage away,meals on board the flight was cancelled by them, when we did ring up to change all this, they charged us £ 25.00 for there, MISTAKE !

We've spent more money putting these things right, even though that we did all this in the beginning, we are taking this to a highter personnel.

( IE) TAKING LEGAL ADVICE.

GET IN CONTACT WITH ABTA.

PLEASE, I STRONGLY RECOMEND, GOES ELSE WHERE.

Save a lot of time money. and the upevil this has coursed us..

Travle Patrol: I Originally Booked A Flight With T

Travle Patrol: I originally booked a flight with travel patrol a specific times to suit my working schedule. Whe the tickets arrived, the flight times had been changed. Never has this happened to me before in 25 years of travel. Further, when I booked my flights I had 20kgs hold luggage included. When I received the tickets I only had 15kgs hold luggage. I noticed that subsequent to when I book you could add on 20kgs hold luggage for £18 return. I therefore rung up to add on extra luggage. They wanted to charge me £33 return for an extra 5kg hold luggage, being £18 for the luggage and a £15 admin fee. Given the fact that I had never been given the option of adding on extra hold baggage at the time of booking I think its a bit cheeky to now ask me for an admin fee especially as I was originally sold the ticket with 20kgs. Apparently this is in the terms and conditions and if I want to complain I have to write an email which they will take 28 days to respond to. I asked to speak to the supervisor but apparently the phone operator has no idea where her supervisor is or when he will be back at his desk. I left my number but was told they could not promise to call me back. What great customer service. Will never book with Travel Patrol again.

Ive Booked Several Flights And Holidays To Spain,

Ive booked several flights and holidays to Spain, Turkey and the Canaries through these guys and the service and effort that they gone to to get me the cheapest deal was second to none. If I found it cheaper they have beaten it so definately worth giving them a call first or last if you want them to beat your best deal. I was in Spain not so long ago when we had all the problems with the big volcanic ash cloud. We were well and utterly stuck and needed to get back and to be honest if it wasn't for the staff at Travel patrol we would never of got back as soon as we did and they just sorted everything out for us. I can't recommend these guys enough

Why Sell Tickets For A Certain Time Of Day And The

Why sell tickets for a certain time of day and then change them bringing them 3 hours forward. If I had wanted to book a ticket leaving at a stupid early hour I would have booked one. Only told about changes 1 week before travel, and then only because I noticed it on the e tickets.

According to Travel Patrol this is normal. Never happened to me in the past 13 years of travelling to Crete with other operators.

Unfortunately we have seen this happening to several flights from different flight operators. Travel Patrol is an agent who sells all airlines and operators and acts as an agent on behalf of the customer. We have seen a slight increase in the number of times changes issued by airlines on flights departing this summer, this has been made worse as a result of volcanic ash disruption.

As a representative of travel patrol I am very sorry that you felt a 3 hr time change was not acceptable, however the terms and conditions for all charter flight carriers do state that such a change is considered minor. I know this does not help with the impact the flight change has had on your travel arrangements but feel it only fair that we make you aware that such a change is not the fault of travelpatrol and would have occurred regardless of the agent the flight was booked with.

I Also Booked With Www.travelpatrol.co.uk. I Have

I also booked with www.travelpatrol.co.uk. I Have to admit there was not much in it but they had the cheapest flights. We paid £155 per person for flights to Dalaman in June. I would not usually review but the staff were very helpful and informative.
