I have never been to where travel lord office(s) is located I only came across travel lord from internet some years back and since then I have never been disappointed by her amazing staff. PAID MONEY INTO THEIR BANK ACCOUNT FOR A TICKET TO SOUTH AFRICA, RANG LATER ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE TICKET HAD GONE BECAUSE I HAD MISSED THE DEADLINE TIME. AND YES IT WAS IN THE SMALL PRINT, SO SMALL THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN READ IT LET ALONE SEE IT. OK NO PROBLEM I ASKED FOR MY FULL REFUND BACK TO TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT WAS THEN TOLD THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO TAKE 50% FOR CANCELLATION!! I ASKED WHAT THE CANCELLATION FEE WAS FOR WHEN NO TICKET HAD BEEN ISSUED BY THE AIRLINE. IF A TICKET HAD BEEN ISSUED AND I HAD THEN SAID I DIDN'T WANT IT THEN YES THEIR WOULD HAVE BEEN A VALID REASON TO DEMAND 50% CANCELLATION FEE. BUT CANCELLATION FEE FOR SENDING ME FLIGHT DETAILS SO THAT I COULD DECIDE ON WHICH FLIGHT TO BOOK IS JUST DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. THEN THE FRUSTRATION BEGAN AS I GOT PASSED FROM ONE PERSON TO THE OTHER. I THREATENED TO REPORT THIS TO THE POLICE BECAUSE I BELIEVE THERE WAS NEVER A CHEAP TICKET IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEIR TACTIC IS TO INTICE PEOPLE TO RING UP ON THE PRETEXT THAT THEY WILL GET YOU A CHEAP TICKET, ONCE YOU PAY THAT'S IT. THEY WILL OFFER YOU ALTERNATIVE TICKETS PRICED HIGHER BECAUSE THEY KNOW YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I WAS NOT HAVING NONE OF IT AND THREATENED LEGAL ACTION IF I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. I RANG SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT SELL TICKETS AT THAT PRICE EVEN TO MIDDLE MEN LIKE THIS COMPANY. I THEN ASKED TO BE FURNISHED WITH THE PROOF OF LOSSES AS THEY CLAIMED THEY HAD MADE A BOOKING BUT WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE. NOW IF THIS WAS GENUINE THAT THEY HAD BOOKED ME AND HAD SUFFERED LOSSES SURELY THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO FURNISH ME WITH PROOF OF THEIR LOSSES. THEY TRIED TO OFFER ME A CREDIT FOR MY NEXT BOOKING AND I SAID NEVER I WANT MY MONEY BACK.WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO BOOK THROUGH THEM AGAIN AFTER THIS FRUSTRATING ODEAL THAT I HAD JUST GONE THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SATISFYING JOURNEY TO PLANNING MY HOLIDAY HAD TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE. TO CONCLUDE, THEY ENDED UP TAKING £150.00 FROM MY INITIAL PAYMENT OF £490.96 OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO COVER WHAT WAS CALLED ADMINISTRATION CHARGES AND COVER THEIR SALARIES. I STILL FELT SICK IN MY STOMACH THAT I HAD JUST BEEN ROBBED OF £150.00 JUST LIKE THAT. WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE? NEVER IN MY LIFE TIME AGAIN. AS WELL AS BEING LEFT OUT OF POCKET IT MADE ME SO UPSET AND ANGRY THAT I WILL NEVER EVER USE MIDDLE MEN AGAIN. IT'S BEST TO GO DIRECT TO THE AIRLINES THEMSELVES, YOU CAN EVEN GET A MUCH BETTER DEAL AND BETTER QUALITY SERVICE. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS JUST MADE ME REALISE THAT THEIR ARE HEARTLESS PEOPLE OUT THERE JUST PRYING ON UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE AND MAKING THEIR LIVES A COMPLETE MISERY. HONESTLY THERE IS NOTHING I LIKE ABOUT TRAVEL LORD, TO JUST THINK OF MY EXPERIENCE LEAVES ME WITH A BITTER TASTE IN MY MOUTH. THIS IS NOT ON AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN TO ME OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER. ABSOLUTELY APPALLED AND STILL SEETHING WITH ANGER.

Purchased flights for me and my partner travelling to Santorini this summer. I got very attractive prices from this company and booking procedure was very professional and straight forward. I would definitely be using this company again.

This agent are not dependable , they are not efficient and will lead you on only to get you to book the ticket from them , even though the ticket advertised is not available ,so you could cancel when you are frustrated and they will now take a ridiculous amount from your payed money .The are not honest and should NEVER be used.

So far better in its commitments. It could be better if they took full, payment over the phone or if I can proceed my booking and payment on the website directly. I have a plan to go Cyprus at Christmas. Will try them again

My flights were changed from an early morning flight to even earlier by the airline which was from USA, but thanks to customer service agent. I am not only got my flights at a later time than the changed time, but actually an afternoon flight, which was fantastic. This is especially good considering this has happened to me in the past with other companies, and I was told by them basically either take what is given, or cancel your flights and lose your mone. recommend this company

I had an emergency situation an needed to travel ASAP, received a call form travel lord, got best ticket detail, received my e- ticket within 10mins after payment. What more can I say, my travel agent really went the extra mile, polite, attentive and extremely helpful. I shall definitely be using them again and has already been recommended to friends and family.
