How can you reserve a flight? Pay for you Ticket and then get asked your flexibility? What Happened to the flights I reserved for the days I want to travel. Now I have no ticker, no flight and travel and travel have my money. Talk about them being helpful, Everyone answers to the same name if you are lucky enough that they do actually pick up the phone then you get promised call backs you never get.

I am beyond frustrated dealing with them. Please avoid them

I am a frequent flyer and booking a fight was never so easy for me until I was referred, Travel and Travel by one of my colleague and I really felt great and special the way I was dealt as per my traveling needs. They helped me not only choosing a flight but the way they did it, it really helped me saving a considerable amount of money as well which I spent on other good reasons and for that I really can recommend them to others.

I booked a flight to Accra with travel and travel, remarkable services, I was having some urgently there, the person arranged the best fare. I was unable to get from the market, I paid the amount, get the ticket within no time.

I had book with Travel and Travel Last week. They offered a Great Services to their Customers and Provide the Better and Cheaper Flights to Everywhere. I will Preffer Booked With Travel and Travel. I am Pretty Satisfied With their Services in Future.

i made a booking to travel to Africa and the next day I got a call that the price had gone up from £680 to £790 plus £50 booking fee. called the next day about my booking and the price had gone up to £898 which was not on the airline site. I paid this amount and constantly called them for my ticket which they kept on saying they will email. I have not received anything yet and I am worried sick I might have lost my money. if you have experienced the same problem lets get together and report them. this must stop.

Please save yourself the trouble of booking with this company. They will claim to give you the best price but you will be disappointed and deceived. We had made payment agreements with them, which was denied when we made the payment in full. They were then giving us ticketprices that were much higher than the prices you can find online!

When we asked for a refund they were first claiming we had to pay 150 cancellation fee the airline was charging. Which was total nonsense, since they didn't even actually book the tickets! They only made an initial reservation, but that was all. So by the time we paid all seats were gone.

With a lot of emailing, letters, phonecalls we finally got our refund back, minus our deposit.

Even if they would have given us a better deal, we wouldn't do business with them any more.

They can not be trusted.

Please go to more reputable agents and save yourself money and headaches!

I recievied a quote from them of £410 for my ticket + £50 booking fee which I paid in full on the same day. The £410 was paid into the account and the £50 was paid over the phone. I still have not received my ticket after caking numerous times asking where my ticket is. I only got ill call you back or we have sent an email. Which I have not received, They then rang me back saying I had to pay an extra £170 after I have already paid for my ticket!! do not use these airline people they are. WE MUST SUE THEM!! I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE POLICE!!

called Travel and Travel ltd and spoke to MAX who offered me 2 tickets to Accra for myself and my brother for £400.00 per passenger. He then asked us to submit two separate payments of £50.00 into the companys Barclays account in order to secure the seats.

I promptly paid the funds into the account and called to inform him. I was then instructed by email from MAX to make the remaining payments of £350.00 per passenger into the same account by 10 am 15th MAY 2013 in order to recieve confirmation of the tickets.

I made the payments into the Putney branch of Barclays Bank at precisely 9.33 and obtained reciepts for both payments. I also called Max to inform him immediately. His "line" was busy so i left a message with a colleague called Adam to let MAX know that i had paid in full. I did not hear from MAX for a few hours so i called again and left a message once more. At approximately 3pm i finaly recieved a call from Max who said his accounts department were now dealing with the issueing of the tickets. No more contact until the next day 16th MAY at 3pm. When i recieved a call from Travel and Travels "accounts" department to inform me that the airline had not recieved my payments at 10.25 and had therefore cancelled my bookings and that i had also LOST MY DEPOSIT of £50.00 as that had been used to secure the seats. I was offered new tickets that would cost £450.00 which meant i was to fork out an extra £100.00 per passenger.

THE FACT REMAINS THAT-

a) i paid the money into a barclays account in the name of Travel n Travel limited at a Barclays branch.

b) i obtained reciepts for the payments noted at 9.33am (well within the 10am deadline on the email.)

c) if the money (cash) was paid to Travel and Travel limiteds barclays account at a barclays branch, and in cash at 9.33, why was i told " the airline did not recieve your money till 10.25 so you've lost your booking AND your DEPOSIT.

d) Travel and Travel would have had to forward the money to the airline as i paid it directly to them and within the specified time frame.

I have reported them to the police and obtained a crime number.

i will be reporting them to ATOL and the office of fair trading in the morning.

I want my ticket or my money back in full.
