Had A Great Week Here In 2007 And Looking Forward
Had a great week here in 2007 and looking forward to returning in July 2008. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The bungalows were quite new, well decorated (as far as holiday apartments go) and the ground were clean and well maintained. Always found the staff when booking to be friendly and efficient. Absolutely no complaints.

I Feel That Respect Holidays Are One Of The Worst
I feel that Respect Holidays are one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. The holidays seem poorly organised, misleading information is given out, and they have no idea of customer service. When I tried to complain they NEVER returned my phone calls. They rarely reply to letters and are very hostile in their responses. On one occasion when I phoned I was told they couldn't deal with me as they were going on holiday - respectful!
I will never go on holiday with them again, I feel let down so badly by a company.

We Just Loves Our Respect Holidays Getaway At Los
We just loves our Respect Holidays getaway at Los Almendros, and we can't wait to go again. Our only problem is not getting enough time away from work.
The Staff were helpful and polite, and the whole booking experience was stress free, as our details are maintained on computer, so all I had to do was say where, when and pay. Los Almendros in Gran Canaria is top notch. The staff there are most friendly and helpful, and they were all a joy to be with. The Bungalows there are clean, fresh and secure. We have been there twice now and have no complaints.
I agree with this review because... I have stayed in Los Almendros once before, and found it great!! It was the first time my husband and I had gone away on a gay holiday and were unsure about wot to find... but were pleasantly surprised.

Respect Holidays Staff Are The Most Unhelpful And
Respect Holidays staff are the most unhelpful and rude staff I have experienced. In an industry that is highly competitive and differentiated by both value and service - Respect fails to recognise the commercial value of welcoming back previous customers.
This tour operator has gone bust twice in recent years - and if today's experience is any indication they will also be heading the same way again soon.
Try calling them and seeing what a rude and hostile approach they have.
We have taken five holidays with them over the last two years and were due to go again in August and another holiday later in the summer - but the rude member of staff simply said he was fed up talking to me and that he had cancelled my holidays! Unbelievable!
