I bought a 5 day break in Venice, I have not been to this holiday as yet. After paying a deposit online I did received confirmation via email but 2 months after and I have not heard anything back from them.

I had trouble to login into my account to complete de payment, after 24 hours the system let me in and I paid the outstanding amount left but I have not received a receipt as yet, this was 4 weeks ago.

Now I want to confirm everything is paid and add extras and the site doesn't work again, the reference number doesn't work and the system does not recognise my name. There is no alternative for you to create a password, confirmation via email, secret question nothing, Im left without information of whats going on with my account.

Excellent Customer Service

I have used this company now for over 10 years and mainly deal with Renarta. They have at all times been helpful, understanding of my families specific needs and competent at all times. Would highly recommend the company.

Would Never Use Again

We used My Vacations to organise our wedding in Gibraltar. Their wedding planner can only be described as useless. She ignored emails, avoided answering questions and at times went completely off the radar. She requested the same information from us 3 times, despite confirming receipt of it every time. The worse thing was arriving at the airport to find our 1 year old son hadn't been booked on the flight! We had to go through 45 minutes of pure stress at the airport resulting in us having to book and pay for another ticket for him. My Vacations are adamant they booked him on the flight, however they flatly refused to send us proof! They have refunded us for the cost of the flight, which we had to chase up 3 times. We have put in a complaint, but as expected, we have heard nothing!

Would NEVER use again and would definitely not recommend them!

Our complaint was far from 'responded in full' Our emailed response was completely ignored!

I had to chase up the refund before it was made and to refer to it as a 'Goodwill' gesture is beyond word! We had to buy a ticket for our son, which we had already paid My Vacations for...... Giving us back the money is not 'Goodwill'

Yes, our wedding was a lovely day, just a real pity it was overshadowed by the what has happened at the airport!

We stand by our comments and would NEVER use or recommend My Vacations and certainly would NOT recommend My Vacations to organise one of the most important days of your life!

Dear AD,

First and foremost I would just like to say how sorry I am to learn of the problems you experienced during your recent trip to Gibraltar. As a company we aim for 100% customer satisfaction at all times. Whilst this is of course quite an ambitious target it is no less disappointing when a customer feels that they have not received the level of service that both they are we would expect. Certainly in this instance there does seem to have been a failure.

I am surprised by your comments as Kay has booked and managed hundreds of weddings, all resulting in very satisfied brides. However, sometimes things do go wrong and I appreciate that an apology can not undo the 45 mins of stress you experienced at the airport.

I can see from our records that you advised Kay of the airport mix up on the 16th of FEB and we refunded your additional costs, as well as responding to your complaint in full on the 28th of FEB.

I have been assured by the local hotel representative that all of your wedding arrangements ran smoothly and that the wedding was a success.

All I can finish with is our sincere apologies regarding your son's ticket and give you our assurances that we take all complaints seriously and we are investigating how the infant name did not filter through to BA.

Good Experience!

Avoid Like Plague!

Only book with this company if you have your travel insurance. This company does not follow the UK Package Travel Regulations 1992. They will totally ignore you no matter you email, online chat or write formal letters.

I booked with this company a few years ago and the outbound flight was cancelled due to bad weather. At the end we have to cancel the whole tour because the next flight out would be a few days later, cutting the tour by half. The airline was quick to acknowledge a full refund. But myvacations.co.uk refused to refund us on the hotel cost, claiming that they had been charged by the hotel already. The funny thing was: during our 8-hour stuck in the airport, we repeatedly phoned myvacations.co.uk for help and they just told us to contact the airline, saying that they could do nothing. How unhelpful!

I struggled for more than 1 year, trying to contact them by phone, online chat, email, letter, etc. All letters (sent by registered) were ignored. A so-called manager said (by email) that he/she would reply but never. They totally ignore the UK regulations. And I was only asking them to confirm that the package I paid is a "package" or not, so that I could continue my insurance claim.

From my experience this is a cowboy company that you should avoid at all cost! Their memberships only protects your air tickets, not the other costs.
