Wrong Ticket Issued

The travel agent issued the wrong fare ticket and charging me a fortune to amend my booking (manager, or at least he said his name was like that, was raising voice; threatening to stop the conversation). Staff always rude and it takes ages to get through, the phone can be cut down. Had very stressful experience with them.

Will never use them again.

Frustratingly Inadequate Service!

Unfortunately had to cancel a flight to USA last minute due to a death in the family. The company showed no concern whatsoever. Was told I could possibly rebook if I dd so within time frame of my holiday. I found another flight etc and communicated this back very quickly. Have had no response to my email. Waited a few days and phoned. Spoke to someone who said my request would be dealt with that evening and I would get a response the next day.

HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE!! Who are these unsympathetic people I am dealing with? Certainly not professionals

Do Not Book Through This Company. They Will Take Y

Do not book through this company. They will take your money and not provide you an e-ticket. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I was told they would call me back, never received a call back. They will not answer the phone to me now. How have they not been shut down?

Terrible Customer Services

This is the worst booking experience I have ever encountered in my life.They re-divert you to different people, informing me accounts and customer services don't work together, which is absolutely nonsense.

When you contact them, they say accounts only reachable by e-mail. After 4pm, they sing a different tune 'accounts not available at this time'. This company is just full of con-artist with zero customer service. They hang up on customer, put customer on hold for ages without any proper explanation and are just plain rude over the phone.

Do not deal with this company. Avoid any bookings with them unless you want to throw money into the sea or doing charity.

Absolutely Appalling

What absolute shambles - the customer service is utterly terrible. I have never met such a useless bunch of twits in my life. I booked my flights through a comparison website and ended up getting lumped with these monkeys.

I rang initially because like previous customer reviews - I have been asked to verify who I am!! What a joke. I declined and so they said I still have to do it. Customer service advisors are so rude and speak Pidgeon English.

Fraudulent company.

Avoid At All Cost

Having booked a flight with this company in December, I then received an e-mail asking me to complete a form with my credit card details to complete the booking. Obviously for valid reasons, I refused as this is non-secure and anybody could use my details later on. I was informed the booking will not proceed without the details.

Few days later, 500 pounds was taken from my bank account despite them telling lies. Having already booked my flight with another company, I requested for a refund. Rang them multiple times since beginning of December. Was told their accounts department will process the refund and I will get an e-mail confirming the refund.

Up until now, I have rang them at least 10 times. No e-mails, no refunds.

This group of idiots are complete LIARS. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Don't Waste Your Time! Avoid At All Cost

This is the worst booking experience I have ever encountered in my life. The staff are just plain rude over the phone, they don't help you with anything yet they provide you with false information.

Stay Away Truly Terrible

On the same day I booked my ticket, I received an email from them stating due to a technical error my flight needs to be changed and I had to pay an additional fee to switch to another flight, not sure if this is intentional or what because I can see other people on here encountered the same experience.

After I paid, I had to wait for almost a month to get my ticket. However, during this time I had to call them constantly to confirm if my payment went through because I only received my initial invoice, the additional fee I paid them was not invoiced. Their excuse did not change through out the time, apparently it is because their finance team has not yet updated my invoice.

The only good thing I would say is their customer service as these people knew how to assure their clients but almost never actually delivery anything.

Not okay at all, and please avoid this agency if you can. So much time wasted.

Literally Terrible

I bought a pretty expensive ticket to fly from Hong Kong to Manchester through Holiday Mood ltd and was told to await a confirmation email within the next 48 hours.

Firstly, they did not send me a confirmation email. I then receive said confirmation email, asking me to confirm (confirm my confirmation? That’s a bit ridiculous, don’t you think?) by sending photographic evidence. I do. I hold up my end of the bargain. Still, no etickets. So I called them, who assured me I will receive my etickets within 48 hours. I am not sure what you define as an hour, but 2 weeks is not 48 hours (it’s actually somewhere closer to 336 hours).

I then call to say I will cancel the flight unless you email me my etickets. I think this is reasonable, seeing as they did not hold up their end of the contract. This is now 4 days after the agent told me I would have the email. I hear nothing from holiday mood ltd. So I cancelled my booking, as I said I would do, on 28th November - 4 days after I paid for the tickets.

I cancelled on the 28th November, they sent me a confirmation email on 8th December.

Thy then told me they decided to take “to cancel” to mean “send unwanted and no longer needed etickets in 12 days and disallow her refund”.

They are truly awful company and I would not ever recommend anyone book with them again!
