Also dba as FlyFar. (Same people. Equally bad.).
They charged me $58.95 for seat booking but I didn’t book any seats. This additionalcharge was not apparent when they charged my credit card. I got unpleasant surprise when I got my payment confirmation for the higher amount.
After waiting on hold for lengthy times twice to talk to 2 different people, they won’t refund or actually do anything.
BEWARE: once they have your money they will keep it.
I will follow up with a complaint through my credit card company.
Useless Customer Service In Response To Death In Family
I booked a flight with this website that I unfortunately had to cancel due to a death in the family. While other companies that I had used for that trip were willing to accommodate changes due to bereavement and had customer service representatives who were helpful and interested in problem-solving with me, I'm afraid the same cannot be said for FlightNetwork. They did not allow me to change my reservation $300 fee plus fare difference. The customer service representative was – to put it simply – useless in response to trying to help, and he was a bit snide. I would say I hope the company takes action to limit his contact with customers, but given their ridiculous policies, I would say such an incompetent and rude person actually represents their company well. Companies like this are supposed to make traveling more convenient and easier. In a difficult time for me and my family, FlightNetwork did the opposite. Stay away!
Buyer-beware!!
I received a nice learning curve with this Co. Yes booking was easy, flight was cheap however in the final review of my already purchased ticket I saW that the date was wrong. I called the customer service # and was told that I could not change the date or cancel free of charge even though it had been only 15 minutes since I booked the flight. I did not realize when scrolling through the flight options that the date changed as I scrolled. So their solution was to charge me $40 USD. to cancel or rebook my flight at almost $70 more. And to add insult I was also told that because they are a Canadian Co. there was a possible $$ conversion fee that my bank might charge. Grrrr Not happy, READ the FINE Print wherever that might be? Un-Un-Happy!!!!!
Worst Support Ever
The customer support of this company is pathetic. They offer you absolutely no service after they have your money. I suffered a large penalty at the airport due to faulty information from flightnetwrok.ca who told me my boarding pass would be waiting at the airport for me to pick up. When it wasn't, I had to pay $100 to get it and flightnetwork was impossible to deal with. they didnt return phone calls or emails and refused to compensate me for their mistake.
Please pay the small amount extra to book with a reputable travel agency so that you know you won't be abandoned when you have questions or have troubles.

you're absolutely right ... i have the same issue with them regarding a fault information , only my son year of birth.
and what they offered only is CANCELLING !!! with $500 extra charge !!!
this is just a robbery !!
