PLEASE BE aware that their agents are not qualified and will not be taking responsibility for their actions. We thought we should use an agency to book our flights with to make sure there are no surprises. After letting her know that four of us are traveling and asking for 3 seats since I will be taking my 11 month old on the lap. I booked the tickets over

a month before the departure. This is the first time I am traveling with 2 kids, and wanted to make sure everything goes smoothly. Guess what we went to airport 3 hours prior to our departure and find out that she did not book the baby and her name was not on the ticket. We contacted ASAP Tickets and asked to just add another seat which he said would be 3000 dollars and 2 hours later still he was not able to book and we missed our flight. We have been calling them daily and a week later nothing even though we bought flight insurance, they have been passing the case from one to another and no one is helping. The say have your lines open and keep an eye on the email, I haven't been sleeping well waking up and checking my email just in case they emailed and nothing. Really really horrible. I am still waiting for my flight lost 1 week of holiday already

Bought my ticket on 11 November to fly to Greece on 23 December. It is now 22 December and I still don't have my tickets!! When I call I am told someone will call me back and noone does!!!!

I have booked my airline tickets this way many times.I find the options given me are many and the prices are the best always.

I would tell my family and friends this is the best way to get your tickets and the best way to get your trip off to a great start.

March 2015 - I made enquiries for 2 tickets to LAX for 27/July/2015.

14/March/2015 - Money came out of my credit card account.

10 June 2015 - After lots of promises, I demanded for a refund & was promised that it would come back in 4-5 days.

After many more promises, still nothing was refunded. In the meanwhile, I just booked online with ww.expedia.com & got the tickets straight away so we could go away.

I had to get the credit card company involved to get my money back. After much waiting & communicating with the credit card company, the money was refunded in October 2015, SEVEN MONTHS LATER!

In short, STAY AWAY from this company.

Booked tickets with travel shoppe back in October 2014 to fly in August 2015 to Orlando with Condor, checked we were on the flight condor informed us the e ticket numbers didn't exist and that they had ceased working with travel shoppe because the way they trade is disgusting!! Phones them numerous times was told at first by manager they would sort it not to worry! Then as soon as I kept ringing they would slam phone down on me time after time and if I did speak to them they were rude and tried to make me feel as though I shouldn't be ringing! Have now reported them to action fraud and watchdog the more people that report them the more chance there is of them getting shut down! They also trade under the name of cheapest flights.co.uk . Thank god I rang the airline or I would of turned up at airport with no flights! Please beware don't ever book with them they shouldn't even be aloud to trade it is unbelievable .

Booked flights to Florida costing £4613.76 at the end of February. After giving all the info about passenges inc DOB's they called the following Monday asking for a further £296 as they didn't realise the children would have to pay adult prices. We paid the money straight away, that was on 3rd March. They issued e ticket references which when we checked with Thomas Cooke who the flights were supposed to be booked with they didn't recognise the e ticket reference. After over a week of multiple daily calls to Travelshoppe being fobbed off time and time again we finally were told that the travel company that they had booked our flights with (Condor) had accidentally cancelled them. We are now on 27th March and we still have no tickets and no flights. No one ever rings us back, the customer service dept has been emailed three times with no reply. They are obviously in breach of contract and we will be holding them to this to get our money back. Atrocious service and liars

Booked through this company yet they were unable to honour the dates agreed. Asked for a refund and have called and called to speak to a manager but 6 weeks later I still don't have the money returned (£4.5k). Do NOT ever use them as they will take your money but not deliver.

I wish now I had taken heed of some of the negative reviews. I booked reservation for Turkish Airlines almost 2 months ago with TRAVEL SHOPPE. The price of the ticket seemed appealing at the time.At the time of making payment I was assured that I would get my eticket either on the same day or within 24/48 hours.BIGGEST MISTAKE!No eticket issued by travel shoppe. They kept giving me assurances everytime I rang to enquire about my ticket.

One lie after another told by them as ive now come to realise. I was misled.I got absolutely frustrated and fed up with travel shoppe.NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.I am now awaiting my refund which I should have received by now. I have lost all trust in them.

Found a good deal to India with them, paid the price they asked for, was told would get tickets in 24/48 hours. No tickets were emailed so called back. Was told airline had upped the price by c£150pp. Refused to pay the difference as they had already taken the money. Agent then tried everything under the sun to keep my money and get my alternative dates which just simply do not work. Have now been told refund would take 3 weeks (when they took my money the next day) and that I will have to pay an admin fee of £50PP - there are 11 of us. Why should I have to pay for THEIR lies and messing about. NOT HAPPY AND PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

I was searching for tickets from UK to Pakistan on different websites and came across theirs. The rate was much lower than what I saw on other websites so thought of ringing. They gave me the quote higher than advertised but still much lower than others. I thought for two days and rang back. I was offered a better deal this time and I was ready to buy. Got the booking email asking for passengers details and pays era payment link. Was skeptical about paying but paid. Got email to confirm booking with promise of e tickets shortly. I am use to receiving e tickets without delay so got worried and started reading online reviews which didn't help and I was on the phone nagging for my tickets. The adviser  and his supervisor were very patient and calm and explained they get special fares through discount codes which requires a QC process to create the tickets hence delay. I made the payment on Monday afternoon and have received my tickets on Wednesday morning. Checked with airlines and all ligitmate. Happy overall and will def recommend them
