I bought tickets online for travel on the same day. At the time of purchase I was not warned that it would take an hour for the tickets to be emailed. Only once purchase was completed was I informed of this, leaving insufficient time to get to train station. Having complained to crosscountry I am told this was my fault for not purchasing earlier.
All other travel companies I've used(BA, National Express) have issued instantly
