This company installed a satellite dish for us several weeks ago. They claim to provide a guarantee. Right away the reception was inconsistent at best. We do not get probably half of the channels in our package because of poor reception. Once the dish was installed, the company, which has one working phone number on their website, did not take our calls seeking a repair. I later called from a different number, and they finally picked up the phone. We booked an appointment for them to come between 12-2pm on a Saturday. They did not come. I called around 3pm when I hadn't heard from them. I was sent a text where they said they still planned to come that day. They did not. When I finally got them to answer their phone late in the evening, I received an apology and an excuse about them being delayed on a job where phone reception was poor. They promised to come between 12-2pm on Sunday. You can guess what happened. They did not show up. They did not call or text. They did not respond to my calls.

Do not do business with this company. They are either crooks at worst or extremely poor in service and extremely inconsiderate at best. Why take a chance on people with such disdains for their customers. Don't be duped by sincere sounding apologies or claims that they care about their customers and they you will be satisfied......
